5 star service. Super reliable. Best communication I have ever had with a Plumbing Service.

Our heat stopped working on one of the coldest days this winter. We called another company twice, and each time they said that we were on a waiting list and they didn’t know when they could come by. But when we called Mark Allen, they came the next morning, replaced a part, and we got heat right away. We will definitely call them in the future for any problems.

Communication was excellent before the job. Mark kept communication with my wife and was able to get to us within a few days. We needed the faucet in the tub replaced, the access panel in the adjacent laundry room did not have shutoff valves nor easy access. It was a 4-hour job to replace the faucet (older brass internals) and put the valves on. Adam was the plumber who came to our house, he was very professional and the work was completed to the highest standard. He cleaned up before he left and made sure everything worked well. It was by no means an inexpensive job, but based on the time it required, it didn't seem unreasonably priced. Overall I thought they did a great job from start to finish. I was happy with the work, the communication, and the fact that they were able to come out not long after first contact. I recommend this business wholeheartedly.

We recently had a Bosch heat pump, with a back up furnace, Wi-Fi thermostat and hot water heater installed. We met with John Mack the same day we called Mark Allen Plumbing and Heating. After getting several other estimates, we met with John again and scheduled an installation. The day of the installation, the crew arrived on time! The installation went as planned, the crew was professional and courteous. They did a great job. The equipment and ductwork have an extremely clean and neat appearance. The new Wi-Fi thermostat allows us to monitor the heat and humidity in our home and make adjustments when we are away. We could not be more pleased.

Quality work, able to repair my ac quickly and at an affordable price. Will definitely use them again.

Jason was on time, quick to analyze, explain the repair and provide a cost. Upon approving, he proceeded to make a quality repair. This was one job I wasn’t comfortable doing myself. I had seen an advertisement that Mark Allen Plumbing received another Better Business Bureau Torch award so I figured they should be good, and they were. Keep up the good work!

I couldn’t ask for a more professional and quality experience with Brandon and Sean. Restoring an old home that has old piping with new up to code gas and water lines. Installation of all my kitchen appliances. We will be starting on two bathrooms next and I can’t wait. Their expert advise they have given me is invaluable. I would recommend Mark Allen for any project you might have. Hopefully you will get Brandon who is so knowledgeable on everything.

We needed a faucet replaced in our kitchen and we had already bought the faucet and all the hoses. Bill & Johnny were very polite, efficient and knowledgeable, the services was great. Only complaint was on the fee. There was a $55 service fee and they told me the labor was going to be $375 (not knowing we would still have to pay the $55 service fee). Total cost $430 for 1.5 hrs of labor. if I shopped it around, I'm guessing we may have gotten it for a fraction of that or I may have installed it myself.

New furnace and AC recently installed. Service was very timely - at my home within 1 hour of an emergency call. John M. was very thorough in his review and diagnosis of the issue. With my consent, Darren B. supervised a crew of some new installers for this job in my home. I am sure they will learn the 'right way' to do things with Darren's guidance. he was excellent. Everyone on the job was friendly and took steps to keep the house clean during the install.
