My furnace died around 8 or 9 in the evening on a Saturday and mark Allen quickly came to do residence to attempt to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue was unable to be fixed due to a supply issue for the part I needed and I had to get a new furnace. They were quick and responsive installing my new furnace on Monday. There was an initial issue with the installation of the furnace and improper wiring caused the furnace to stay on despite the thermostat being off. Luckily the service manager John provided me with his cell phone number Incase there were any issues. I called John and he had technicians back to my house within the half hour and the issue was fixed. Since then I have had no further issues with my furnace and John has even told me they will come back out in the spring for an ac check with the new furnace to make sure everything is ruining correctly. They provided fast and professional service.

We had to have extensive repairs done to our sewer lines both inside and outside our home. Mark Allen Plumbing worked quickly and very professionally to make the needed repairs with as little disruption to our home as possible. We are truly delighted with their work.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule; office staff is very friendly and helpful! The plumber arrived on time and was very professional; completed the job efficiently and even replaced more than I asked for during the repair. Would definitely recommend!

John squared (nickname for team both named John) were at my house all day with various work to do. Both are very skilled and have excellent work ethics - rare these days. Thank you, both, for caring - also rare these days. The cost was reasonable considering all I had done and it was done very well.

Bill A replaced a leaky faucet, a new shut off valve. He was the first plumber to come to my house that actually checked my water pressure. He found it faulty and replaced that. I thought he was polite and friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly.

Bill came out to repair a pipe that was broken during a fatal fall by my mother-in-law. He did not charge my husband for the repair. I could not be more thankful for such kindness at such a difficult moment in my husband & our family’s life. I will forever be using Mark Allen Plumbing for further needs in our home. Thank you from the bottom of our heart. It’s nice to know your company has such high morals and compassion.

The furnace install was good, the installer cut a large whole for the filter box and the furnace had to be patched to cover the excess opening. I am not as concerned about the opening mistake as I am about the filter box.

I am concerned with the filter box they installed, it is for the left side of the furnace not the right, so the installer forced the filter cage (American Standard Perfect Fit filter box) into the filter box and cut a piece of the handle out to make the door close. I replaced the 8 merv media with a 13 merv and found the issues. I had to use a flat blade to get the filter back into the box.

I have emailed Mark Allen as to the issue and waiting for their response to corrective action of installing the AprilAire I was originally quoted.

I will update my review with their response. I am giving a 3 star but will up to 4 star if the filter box is replaced with the correct one.

Update 1/10/22: Mark Allen called me and he will replace the filter box with a AprilAir as quoted by the end of the week. He called me at 8am the next day after I wrote the email (it was on a Sunday when I emailed them). I am impressed with Mark's response and timing!

Update 1/14/22: Mark Allen employees installed the AprilAire filter box as promised. I have updated my rating to 5 stars.

They were professional, courteous and on time. They were able to get me a tech the same day. Aric was the tech assigned to fix my furnace and he was top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone.

Jesse arrived early as promised. Quickly assessed the issue and provided the quote. Once agreed upon, he set about performing the repair. He was completed in no time. He asked that I inspect the work, and I was happy with the results. It was a good first time experience with Mark Allen plumbing and I would certainly use them again.

I was very surprised and pleased to get a same day appointment The service employee was very professional , quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us reasonable options. Based on this experience , I would definitely recommend them
