While doing work at my neighbors house, one of the employees accidentally ran over my mailbox. This was reported to me immediately and the employee was very apologetic about the situation. I was give contact information to report the incident. Upon doing so I was surprised to find out the employee had already reported the incident and they were awaiting my call.

Communication was excellent during the entire process. After some uncontrollable delays my mailbox was repaired. The work was done so well that neither my wife or I had realized it had been completed. Thank you John M. for the excellent experience.

After the situation above my wife and I decided to try their HVAC maintenance program. The technicians arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They fully reviewed the work preformed during the visit and clearly stated the condition of my HVAC system. My wife and I now feel very comfortable our system will preform at its peak capability during the upcoming winter season. Thank you for making this experience better than the first.

Another excellent experience with this company. The techs that performed the check up on my AC unit were excellent. They were both professional and courteous during their visit to my home. I was given a full explanation of the service during the process. They caught a capacitor that was starting to go bad and were able to replace it while on site. This gives my wife and I piece of mind that our equipment with run flawlessly all summer long. It was also nice to see a seasoned employee provide on-the-job training for a newer employee he was working with. Thank you and your employees for what you do and how you conduct business.

I just to say what a great job John Mack, Darren and their crew did yesterday installing our new furnace and air conditioning unit. The experience dealing with Mark Allen was terrific from start to finish. Not only did John come out and meet with my husband and I the same day I called Mark Allen but he was also able to give us the best price. Evelyn in the office was also very helpful in getting us set up with the financing so we were able to get started on this project very quickly. We talked to John on a Thursday and by Tuesday of the following week Darren and his crew were at our house and had all of the work done within 1 day. Not only we’re they professional and efficient but they took the time to show and explain everything that was done. My husband and I are so glad that we selected Mark Allen as our contractor for this project and would definitely recommend them. To John, Evelyn, Darren and the crew - THANK YOU!

I like this company and their staff. Very professional. This time around we could not complete our schedule services, more of miscommunication from our end and their staff.

Very customer friendly, with an honest approach. Tried to service my furnace, on Christmas Eve, but a new furnace was needed. Replaced the old furnace within 5 days of it breaking during the holidays. Would recommend Mark Allen with 5 stars. Clear explanation of all issues.

Truly a good company with outstanding staff. We had a difficult water heater problem. Very hard to troubleshoot. The plumbers were professional, very capable and apologetic throughout. We were treated fairly with billing. The destination charge was waived and other items of work were not charged. Mark Allen does deserve to be called the #1 ethical contractor. I would encourage you to call and rest assured you will be treated more than fairly.

We had a wonderful experience with MarkAllen. Our gas furnace stopped heating. Called the South Hills office and talked with a real person right a way and scheduled a repair visit for the next day.

The repair specialist was able to diagnose the issue after a full test of system. We were provided multiple options bases on our situation with pricing on the spot.

We decided to replace our 20+ year old natural gas furnace instead of repairing. There was no pressure to buy new versus repairing and recieved a call later that evening to schedule install the next morning.

The team arrived on time, were polite and professional. In a few hours they removed the old and had the new furnace completed. My utility room was clean and no sign they were there other than a new furnace.

We are very happy with the entire experience and would recommend Mark Allen.

Mark Allen Plumbing, Heating and Cooling has TOP NOTCH service and workers. My furnace decided to stop working last night and I called first thing this morning to see if someone may be available to come out and service my furnace. They were here within the hour of me calling! John Mack was my servicer. John was VERY knowledgeable and was able to get the part I needed the same day which was huge for me because of the temps dropping. He was back within a few hours of coming back from another job and completely took care of me. He cleaned out the coils, replaced the part and checked my entire machine due to it being older. He was honest, personable and even showed me how to do the job and where the old part failed. I highly recommend this business to anyone! Especially emergency situations. They can be counted on and they’re honest and smart at what they do. Thank you so much!

The guys that came to resolve the problem we had were so professional and understanding. Clogged toilet and tub, worked diligently to get the situation resolved quickly. Cleaned up after and so reasonably priced. Would recommend this business to anyone.

Water heater installed and the guys were so efficient and quick. Had to replace shut off for the water heater and they had the necessary equipment to do so. Cleaned up and had hot water in less than an hour. Great job, great employees.
