My furnace quit, Jan 23. They responded immediately and had the parts on hand to fix it. Technician Eric was neat, respectful, and knowledgeable. Fair price. Good to see this kind of business is still out there.

Sometimes you run into people/companies that are good at one thing but bad at others not Mark Allen they are excellent in all facets of their job. From communication and customer service to the actual hands on repairs. I have used them for both heating and A/C repairs, I am completely satisfied with them and would highly recommend.

needed a new hot water tank....spent time on line researching 4-6 plumbers and companies...I read the reviews...MARK ALLAN had the best,,,I had one other estimate and it was cheaper...but I wanted a 50,000 BTU Bradford White tank and felt they were professional and did quality work.....and they did. Jessie was my plumber....did a great job explaining things to me and was meticulous at cleaning up. Would definitely recommend and hire them again

Confirmed best out there! I literally got 6 different companies to give estimates for AC and furnace replacement, Mark Allen beat out everyone hands down. Not just in price but in professionalism, friendliness, and just straight up kindness. John Mack is who we worked with and we are so very glad we did. He is the best! He went above and beyond, Mark Allen clearly has truly caring and genuine people working at his company. I’ll recommend them to everyone from now on. I just bought a house and inherited another plumbers shoddy work. Jason was awesome. He was super friendly, did a great job explaining everything he needed to do to get the job done, and walked me through the work he had done. I called in on a weekend for some plumbing issues. The woman we spoke to was phenomenal! I’m so sorry I forget her name. Jesse was the employee who came to our house and helped. He was courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and overall made us feel comfortable with our choice to use Mark Allen. He also was dispatched to my sisters house the following day and she had high praise for him too! Highly recommend Mark Allen and Jesse for your plumbing needs.

Very quick response and a very polite and professional team. I asked them about replacing and moving a water heater. They recommended a new tankless heater that is the size of a suitcase. The install was a lot of work...but well worth it. I now have unlimited hot water, and with the recirculator, I no longer have to run out gallons of water just to get to the hot water! Thanks guys. I have some more jobs on the way!!!!

Mark Allen removed our existing steam boiler and replaced it with a new unit. They completed all applicable gas modifications, upgrades, and replaced the water feeder board. The crew, led by John Mack, and with Jessie, Brian, Glen, Miranda and Ryan kept me well informed during the fix. They were respectful of property, responsive and easy to have in my home.The day after the boiler was fixed- and completely unrelated to the boiler, our Reznor heater in the garage quit. Glen returned to fix it- was focused on the issue and my concerns. Very responsive and repair was quickly completed. I’ve used MA for plumbing and AC issues as well, and will continue to use them.
