My A/C was dying after 17 years. I was referred to Mark Allen by my brother who praised their work, that was all I needed to know. John Mack did an outstanding job meeting with me, and thoroughly explaining just what I needed, and what I didn’t. Price savings over competitor quotes was substantial. The entire business transaction was smooth and professional from start to finish. Everything was replaced (including furnace & thermostat) the following week as promised. Staff endured 100+F heat, brutal conditions - but never gave up and got the entire build out done in one day, also as promised. I couldn’t be more pleased. Home is now much cooler and cleaner than it ever was before. Larry & Matt did a great install job! John Mack’s follow up both onsite and after the work was finished really impressed me. I cannot say enough good things about Mark Allen plumbing. They are extremely responsive and professional. Had them install a water heater and they made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Very professional install, cleaned up some questionable piping from past vendors and always took care to clean up and wear booties/protect carpet when they were going through other areas of the house. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing services.

I wanted to share the great experience my family had with Mark Allen Heating & Cooling. Recently our furnace stopped working and I called Mark Allen Heating & Cooling to look into it. They were able to have a technician out to our home within hours. Simon was able to diagnose the problem, provide repair options, and made a recommendation. We chose to have the entire furnace replaced. Simon was able to coordinate the replacement for the very next day. The following morning, Darren and his installation team arrived to get started. All of them were courteous, clean and detailed The installation was outstanding, the custom duct work was beyond professional level. The total cost was reasonable and anreal value based on the work done. Service manager John Mack checked in with us both days and personally made a visit after the installation to made sure we knew of all the furnace features. I cannot recommend Mark Allen Heating & Cooling.enough, they are real professionals!

Jason was wonderful. He installed our outdoor faucet with zero interruption while I worked from home. He even helped with the hose. I really appreciated him talking through all my options before starting. And this was completed within 3 days of my initial call. I’m overall very happy.

We had John Mack and his team from Mark Allen retrofit an entire cooling system on our 1926 Mt Lebo home. They did a stand up, quality job. John took his time and care with the design. With 5 Mitsubishi heads (one in each room) upstairs, there were a lot of lines to go in the outside of our home. John did a phenomenal job designing it so that the lines do not take detract from the aesthetic of our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the job. He also put in ductwork in our basement for a ducted system on the first floor. It was a considerable task, and once he broke ground, John had a large team of dedicated workers to get the job done in a very decent timeline. John has also been back to quality control the work of his own initiative. He really cares and stands by his quality work. Finally, we had several companies give us quotes and Mark Allen’s price was more than fair, especially given the quality. Highly recommend.

Nothing but praise for these plumbers! When you have sewer issues everyday can be miserable. I very much appreciate the job well done, and the prompt service helped get our lives back quickly to normal!!! These guys were knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and clean.

Your services were called because our toilet was leaking when they came to look at it he replaced it some type of seal and it cuts I guess my thinking is is that for that amount of money we should have just got a new toilet we were charged over $600

Been to my house 4 times and couldn’t fix my unit they kept ordering parts that didn’t need replace so I hire Danillo heating and they replace the mother board which fixed it immediately.
