Jesse went above and beyond replacing my water heater. He was kind and knowledgeable. He worked hard and completed the job. I would recommend Mark Allen Plumbing to everyone who asks they are a great company. So happy with this company

I had a good plumber but he was unreliable. He'd schedule time and not show up and not call. I knew I had to call someone more reliable. I had 4 projects that needed attention. I saw that Mark Allen won the BBB Ethics Awards this year so I called. From the first call my experience was fantastic. They sent Sean out to give an estimate within a two days of my call. I was given a 2 hour timeframe for when Sean would arrive. He called 35 minutes before his arrival to let me he was on his way. He gave me a fair estimate and scheduled service for the next day. Jim and Jason arrived on time on the date scheduled. They were completely professional, they did their work in a timely manner, they walked me through what they did, and showed me where the shut off valves are. They did a great job. I just found a new plumber. Thank you!

Very responsive service. Just need a cleaning and service on my furnace and got an appointment in a week. The tech keep me informed of his estimated arrival time throughout and text me when he was 15 min out. Great service.

We had a gas leak late at night and they responded to our call right away, sent a representative the next day and the workers came out the day after. The gentleman who came to do the estimate asked if we had enough space heaters! So caring. It was in the twenties so it was cold but the guys did an excellent job and our heat is back on. From the young woman who answered my first call, to the completion, every employee was very nice and caring. We highly recommend them and will be using them again soon for planned repairs!

Tim was great! Spoke to my husband because the only thing I know about plumbing is the water was not where it’s supposed to be. They were in and out within an hour and no surprise fees. Second time I used them this year. Both times without issues. Definitely recommend. Already told my parents and sister.

Had heating problem. Called Mark Allen as they had great reviews. They promptly sent our Service Manager John Mack and his assistant Josh who correctly diagnosed and resolved the issue another company misdiagnosed. So grateful for their professionalism and promptness. Highly recommend if you are having any kind of heating or plumbing problems

I wish there was a way to give them more than a 5 star review. This company is outstanding. We had a major sewage issue and being on a very steep hillside it was also dangerous. The guys came in and did such a professional job I want to thank each and everyone of them. Also, a big shout out to Sean for putting up with all our questions. I would recommend them to family, friends and everyone.

Called plumber and 2 guys came to fix leak in basement. I told them leak occurred when I turned on outside faucet and it may have frozen. They decided leak was from a drain pipe and spent 4 hours fixing a pipe that was ok. As they were leaving my wife said “No! Try outside faucet first!” Which we did and leak was still in basement. So then they tore more holes in the wall and removed the outside faucet and charged me $940 and said they’d come back soon to fix the faucet at special price. After not hearing from them I called back a week later and got appointment in one week. Plumber repaired faucet and charged me $325. Total cost to repair frozen faucet was $1,265, which I think is excessive, given I told them leak occurred when faucet outside is turned on in the beginning. I would not recommend.
