When my furnace broke and it was 56 in my home, Darren from Mark Allen came and got me going again within 30 minutes. Mark Allen is worth every penny they are paid. There employees are professional, courteous and set expectations that are over-delivered on. The work is done right the first time and that is priceless when it comes to your home!

Was scheduled in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated! Employees arrived early and were very kind and willing to trouble shoot to figure out potential causes for the issue without increasing the cost of the services-very fair pricing with honest conversation about the plumbing issues, never felt like I was being ‘nickel and dimes’. Would utilize their services in the future!

We needed to have a Dye test in order to sell our home. I called and Evelyn was so nice and was able to get us in the next day!

The quality of the work was excellent. The technician communicated clearly the work to be done. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is I felt the service was overpriced. I had to pay a travel charge on top of the charges for the work done.

I was scheduled two days after calling, which was great timing. The plumbers were professional and explained what they were going to do. One downside is the $65 fee for a quote, or to have any work done at all but the quality is worth it.

I very rarely write reviews but just wanted share what an impressive job John Mack and his team did on my first year inspection of my new furnace and air conditioner. Simon did the initial inspection which was very detailed and found an issue with the air conditioner. The next day Darren, Larry and Matt were onsite to remedy the issue. John kept in touch with me and answered all my questions as did the techs onsite who were extremely patient with answering my many questions.
I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

The AC in our home went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. A technician came out the day after I called and informed us that we had several things wrong with our AC/Furnace system, which was about 16 years old. We decided to just replace the whole system. The tech, Anthony, was super helpful and knowledgable and got us an installation date less than a week from when he came out (mind you, this was around the Fourth of July holiday). The company called me the morning of the installation telling me that they were on their way and the crew came within the time frame they were expected. Ian and his crew were friendly, communicative and efficient. By the end of the first day, we had air! The next day they finished up the job within about two hours and cleaned up so well you would have not even known they were there. They even cleaned up the dust/debris from drilling our new flue pipes outside. I was impressed by little things like that. They did not "fire up" the furnace as it was over 90 the day they finished, but will be back to do that before we need to turn it on for the winter. We love our new air conditioner and it seems to be pushing out more cold air than our old unit ever did. I would recommend Mark Allen Plumbing, heating and ac and would use them in the future.

We had an issue with our tub leaking hot water. We called Mark Allen and they were able to fit us in the next day. Within an hour, they figured out the issue and had it fixed. They were very professional and so helpful.

When I called they came within an hour and repaired our toilet leak that was dripping into garage within 55 minutes. Surprised how reasonable in price they were. Plumber explained what was wrong and how he would fix it and the price. They were courteous and clean. Very satisfied with them!
