Ponderosa Heating & Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

They charged me over $900 to replace a bathroom fan motor. When I called to ask questions as to why it cost that much for a half hour job the receptionist said it would take a few days for someone to get back to me with an answer, they never returned my calls. I'd hire someone else if you need work done.

Quintin was the tech who came out for routine maintenance of our HVAC system. I mentioned to him some "weaknesses" of the system. He showed me how to access some advanced features that could help optimize it's function. I was very appreciative. So his visit was 5 stars, but I still give the company, overall. 3 to 4 stars for difficulties in the past.

Nick diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor that needed it. He also checked the status of all other hvac related systems and walked me through what might need replacing or what was working well. Super helpful, very imformative, would highly recommend.

We’ve used Ponderosa twice on two different occasions. Both times we were impressed by their Electricians professionalism. Both service calls were conducted with fast, quality work.

This time they cleaned the air ducts throughout the house, not done in the last twenty years.
Prior work included plumbing, heating system installation, and maintenance.
I have been happy with persons on the phone, and everyone who has been involved in installations or maintenance.

Brent was friendly, articulate and obviously knowledgeable. We spoke about my electrical needs for two small ceramic kilns. He gave me an estimate and went over the fees. Then he proceeded to add a 240 line to my existing breaker box. Brent's work is clean and professional! Expensive, but I'm guessing that the charge is competitive with other companies. The sticker "shock"
(excuse the pun) of electrical repair/upgrade. At any rate, I'm completely satisfied and I will use Ponderosa in the future.

Service is fast, efficient and professional. We especially like the complete HVAC, plumbing and electrical service offered, a one-stop shop is great!

I thought the person who did my repairs, was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He did everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. I really like the fact that this company does it all. You need anything done, you guys do it!! Thank you for all of your help. My experience was above and beyond!!
