This company is amazing. Jennifer L. was on top of getting everything scheduled and set up for my wife and I to have our new tankless water heater installed. My work schedule is extremely chaotic and I barely had the time to respond. She was extremely patient and with every communication she sent she would lay out all my options in detail making it as easy as possible for me to quickly respond without needing much info from me. She made sure I had all my questions answered promptly at each step in the process. I really appreciated her professionalism, diligence, and care. Our installer Elliott was just as amazing. He thoroughly went through all of the options available including pros and cons of each. He gave us his honest professional opinion without any pressure. When installing our new tankless system he took the utmost care in our home. After install he went through everything he did and once again made sure we had no further questions before departing. We are extremely happy to have endless hot water!

The Ponderosa crew, Carroll, William, Joseph, Taylor, and Chad did an outstanding job, especially with coordinating to avoid disrupting client appointments, we literally hardly new they were there. They made the air flow evenly to our offices so we can be comfortable when the door is closed.

They also fixed an issue that’s been “unsolvable” for many years that made the building smell like sewer, now no more smell… YAY!!

The great customer service and the workers incredible skills and integrity definitely gives this company 5 stars.

We had a very good experience with Ponderosa Heating and Cooling as they were able to get us in the same day when our heat stopped working before a cold weekend. Bret was very helpful and knowledgeable and repaired our system quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

Ponderosa promptly responded to my call about a problem with my HVAC system. The technician arrived on time. He demonstrated and explained his analysis and proposed repair. He explained the cost then, with my approval, completed the repair. He left his cell number and email for use later if needed. The price was as he described and I agreed. All experiences with Ponderosa to date have been positive.

This company was not only professional and responsive to our need for help but the crew was amazing! Parker, Braden, Andy, & Mark all did their part to assess the problem (a broken water line) explain what needed to be done and do the repair. They would be the first company I would call if I needed any of their services.

Our electrician Matt? Was excellent! He explained everything and gave us a quote. The quote was reasonable and he went right to work. He did an excellent job and was personable. Would highly recommend.

Ponderosa was able to schedule a plumber and replace our water heater all on the same day. Jesse was professional and thoroughly explained all of our options.

Always going through ponderosa now, punctual and all around incredible service. Had the job done within a 20hrs from the phone call. Showed up early even! I will always ask for Brent, very helpful. he will get the job done efficiently with a smile. That’s something you cant always find.

Most comprehensive check to see what was wrong with my heater by Eric. I was given options and absolutely no pressure sales for either parts or new furnace. I appreciated the updates throughout the time he was here and very respectful. When I need a new system and a/c I will definitely call Ponderosa Heating and Cooling.

Professional, great service, and detailed - I highly recommend the Ponderosa team to deal with residential property! We just signed up for their membership program and look forward to continuing to use them as the need arises.
