Joel was amazing. He cleaned the filters on my furnace, taught me how to use my complicated thermostat. He was thorough and did an amazing job. I would recommend and use Ponderosa again.

Brent and Jake finished a large electrical project with precision, promptness, and care. They even finished an additional project that has made a huge difference in daily use within our kitchen. So glad I found them! We will be doing more work with them down the road.

They dispatched their tech, Brandon, in less than 24 hours for a non-urgent issue. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get a fix in under 10 minutes. He even took time to fix a secondary problem that was low priority. I will definitely be calling Ponderosa again.

Within 1 hours of calling Ponderosa, “a real person” returned my call and gave me two options for service within a week. Brent arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and thoroughly addressed all issues and answered all questions regarding our electrical. Ethan and Drew were very thorough, professional, and courteous during the entire installation of our new heat pump/furnace. We were very impressed with their knowledge and abilities. They explained every step, in a way we could understand. We would use Ponderosa again in a heartbeat!

The electrician was promptly scheduled and showed up ahead of the appointment time. He called ahead to check if that would be OK with us. A very personable young man, he listened to our background description of our problem and determined his approach and items to check from that lead discussion.

After that he identified a couple of correction possibilities. We selected one. He did the work and rechecked everything. The repair fixed our problem. We pleased with the service from our first phone call to our last goodbye.

We’ve used Ponderosa a few times, including plumbing services. All were positive experiences. We just signed up for automatic maintenance services and look forward to no-stress heating and cooling.
