Cascade Heating & Specialties

I recently purchased a home in Sisters and wanted the furnace replaced with a heat pump. Having had service from Cascade Heating for 18 years in purchasing and maintenance past equipment, I contacted "Gus" for an estimate. He promptly set up an appointment to get things started. The men who worked on this installation were top notch in every way. The
installation was completed as scheduled with efficiency and professionalism. I did need a minor adjustment to the thermostat shortly after the installation. Conner came and corrected the problem the same day I called. Jessie, who did most of the work on the day of installation was timely, polite, hard working and professional in every way. I will continue to call on Gus and his installation crew for any future needs I may have.

I would like to thank the people at Cascade Heating for helping me and the crew at Histori Corps with a last minute roof flashing for a project at Clear Lake picnic shelter, you folks were three week out but Greg was helpful in that he bent up some metal so I could finish some on site work to keep the project going, and the materials were donated, thank you all Randy and crew
