They made the whole process seem easy and the worked very hard to ensure thorough testing of the system was done before the left. It’s amazing to have it all done and in use. When I requested estimates for installing a hose bib on the backside of my home, they called within a few minutes and made appointment for 2 days later. The plumber is a very nice young man and gave me 3 options. I chose one and he did the work right then. You couldn’t ask for better service than I received from this company. I highly recommend them!

I love this company!! I called in the middle of the night after returning home from a trip to find my furnace not working. From the first person I spoke to (Kevin), who was very considerate and helped me stay calm while getting all the needed info to pass me on to their dispatch, to Sarah at dispatch who was great at keeping me updated and so understanding while working to fit me into their already busy schedule to Joel, the service tech extraordinaire. He was so professional, very informative, and clearly cared about my situation and making it right! His knowledge and experience made quick work of my problem and he had my furnace up and running in no time!! And for a very reasonable price! Ponderosa will definitely be my go-to company in the future. I honestly can’t thank them enough.

Elliott is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced plumber. He quickly assessed what we needed to do with regards to our bathroom remodel and took great care of us . In the process, he discovered an unrelated issue and quickly addressed it, saving us a great deal of money and trouble. Elliott is very courteous, easy to work with and has a good sense of humor. I would recommend Elliott for any plumbing job.

We just signed up for their maintenance program here in Bend. The tech Samuel was by far the best service person we have ever had come out from a company. He did not push any up sells as well as wore shoe covers in the house without even asking if wanted him too. I look forward to having a long term working relationship with their company.

I have used Ponderosa for HVAC, electrical and plumbing jobs. I have been pleased with the work all three departments has provided. Most recently (26Apr) my AC would not turn on. Gary came out and diagnosed the issues. Knowing the system was very old (30 yrs and 15 yrs) he told me he could have an account manager come out and give a quote on updating the whole system. Sophie arrived shortly there after and she and Gary walked me through options for updating the system. Both Gary and Sophie were very polite and knowledgeable. We settled on a system and Sophie had the parts in days later and Drew and his crew did a full install on a Saturday (29Apr). Every technician who has come out and worked on something has been polite, professional and done quality work. The main office handles calls immediately (same day) and I always had a technician out within 24-48 hrs for whatever the problem is. Would recommend Ponderosa to anyone needing a repair.

We had a new furnace and a/c unit installed. From beginning to end, everyone was a delight to work with. Very professional, always on time and we are very much enjoying our new system.
