Working with Matt at Ponderosa was an excellent experience, he responded within a day and had me a quote shortly after. They completed the project within two weeks, and considering how difficult its to find quality licensed electricians these days I feel as if I struck gold. I will definitely be using them for my next project.

Brett made a service call to our residence when our furnace did not start one morning. He did a fine job of inspecting and cleaning our furnace as well as checking the heat pump. I appreciated the level of communication and explanations Brett provided.

During my annual service, the plumber Will Adams was very informative and mentioned a few things about my water heater and PSI that I didn’t know about. Also tried to clear the drainage in the bathroom sink. Unfortunately there was a blockage and had to recommend their drainage crew. Will was very informative and didn’t rush any questions and answers I had for him. I highly recommend his service.
Also on the same day I had my annual electrical service. Jeremy Efseaff and his apprentice Dre were very friendly, gave me some tips on things that needed to be replaced or fixed and solved a problem I had been having with PGE for nearly 2 years. They were fantastic!

Technician was excellent; very helpful and professional. Fixed our electrical issue without any issues and gave some great tips and educated us on our home's electrical system.

Everyone was extremely curtious friendly professional and responsive. I highly recomend this company and will use them every time I need service with anything involving their scope of work.

Absolutely Amazing! From start to finish Ponderosa was helpful and friendly even at 11:30 PM at night when I called for help. Furnace would not turn on and I had no clue what to do. Nick took care of my problem early the next day on a Sunday and drove all the way from Sisters to Sunriver. He even checked out my old baseboard unit. Friendly and very knowledgeable! Second service call by Quinn today was also amazing. I called on a Sunday and he showed up the next day! He researched why our baseboards weren’t working and discovered the thermostat had faulty wiring. He drove to Ace, picked up a new thermostat, installed it and voila! We have heat back in our family room again. Thank you so much Quinn from Ponderosa!!!!

Both gentlemen Max and Matt were very professional and courteous from beginning to end. They located the problem and had it fixed right away. The schedulers that called us to set up the appointment were also very helpful and courteous. In today's world, service and quality are not what they used to be. So when you find a business and people who are the best at what they do, and do what they say, you hit the jackpot! My wife and I highly recommend Ponderosa, you will not be disappointed.

Our technician, Quintin, was very professional and informative. He went through everything with us and took the time to answer all our questions. Good experience. The only hiccup was scheduling. Our initial appt got pushed to the next day due to unexpected volumes and we were told the incorrect time so the expected two hour window turned into a 7 hour window.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Did a great job at addressing the problems that we had. No mess ,no hassle, no problems. Great work great guy, would use them again.
