We had an emergency situation where we needed to drain our washing machine in order to do laundry. I'm a single parent with little time to waste. We booked on a Friday for a Sunday block appointment from 12-2pm. They called at 1:55pm to cancel leaving me with little to no time to find someone else to come out.

They overbooked, cancelled at last minute and then attempted to reschedule with "no promises". This is a joke. Then they deleted a FAIR & HONEST review on their Instagram page. This is anything but professional.

I received excellent support from Drew & Taylor at Ponderosa. They were prompt and installed my new HVAC. I appreciated their work. Thank you, Ponderosa.

Jesse came out to my property to adjust my toilet flange that was too high and help install a new bathroom sink. He did an excellent job and was very helpful. The next day Brandon solved a couple issues with my bathroom electrical and answered many of my questions. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and clearly care about their quality of work.

I was charged $112 for them to come to our house and provide a quote on electrical work even though I was never advised of this charge when I scheduled the appointment. Really poor form on their part. They won’t be selected by us to do work here

The guys they sent here were great - no issues w them and no fault of theirs that Ponderosa did this .

Our heating system broke on a Friday afternoon and we were in a tight spot. The company we usually work with never returned our calls so we tried Ponderosa. They were amazing and worked with another customer to fit us in early on Saturday morning.

Gary showed up right on time. He was very professional and explained everything clearly. Our system is fixed, we got some great advice about the state of our furnace, and Gary is our new best friend. We will be doing maintenance with Ponderosa from now on.

Thank you, Ponderosa! I called them late Saturday when I tried doing everything I could to fix my lack of heat. They were able to come out Sunday morning and fix my problem as well as giving me a good overview of what I may need in the future for my 20+ year old furnace.
Very reasonably priced, excellent customer service, and very informative. I will happily use them for all my future needs.

Excellent response and friendly, very competent plumbers. Definitely recommend them. Same day response, leaking faucet replaced with 4 hours of initial call. Thanks guys!

EDIT:Nick was wonderful. He gave us our options in a clear easily understandable manner. Best of all the dog loved him. We decided to replace our thirty year old furnace and the heat pump. Fantastic job everyone is professional and easy to work with. When they were explaining the new system to my husband the installer talked to him not at him. Definitely 10/10

Brodie was our Service Technician and he was kind, professional, on-time, and very personable. It was very nice having him Service our HVAC unit and he was a joy to talk to. We would 💯 % request to have Brodie out anytime we need something from Ponderosa. We love this company and will highly recommend your services in the future.

Very impressed with the service technician (Nick); his attention to detail, his professionalism and his ability to communicate the issues and solutions. He fixed an issue from the previous HVAC company that I used in Redmond (which is why I was looking for a new HVAC company). I signed up for their maintenance program (Comfort+) and Jennifer Lewis displayed outstanding customer service throughout the signup process. Very impressed with Ponderosa —- wished I used this company from the beginning!! Thanks Nick & Jennifer!
