I have dealt with most of all the services that Roth provides and in all of my encounters with the various technicians they have been excellent in doing what they came for. They are very knowledgeable in their field along with being very friendly and professional! I will continue to count on them for any of my household needs in all the fields that they cover!

I’m new to the area and needed some information and bids to do some projects in my home. Ponderosa was very helpful and responded immediately and sent someone out right away. Everyone was kind, helpful, and cheerful. Very patient and caring in answering my questions.

Michael was very professional and was very task/goal focused. He found the culprit for our silent heat pump compressor and replaced the capacitor and added a surge protector to prevent future electrical damage.

Called and was able to get a technician out within 2 days which was faster than expected. Kit was our technician along with his apprentice Bryce. They both were great to work with and were at our home nearly 8 hours, including a few in the dark and cold, to get our heat restored. Everything was thoroughly explained and we were given options without sales pressure. Nothing was done that wasn’t absolutely needed and our bill was the best value I could expect given the repairs required. Would certainly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC service.

Brandon was on time and very friendly loved my dogs. He was great at explaining to me what the problem was and what exactly he need to do to repair the damage.

As always, our experience with Ponderosa HCPE was exceptional. Today, Quintin and Mike were here for regular service club maintenance on our HVAC system. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. They also prepared a quote for us on some repair work we’ve been considering and clearly communicated what would be involved, and they were helpful in choosing the best options. We appreciate the efficient service and thoughtful approach to problem-solving. It’s great to know we can rely on Ponderosa HCPE for such good service and a positive experience. Called ponderosa to repair our dysfunctional furnace. They were at the house within a couple of hours and had a fix for us the same day. Very grateful for the timeliness and the technician was very nice and explained things well. I can't comment on how reasonably priced it was because I'm not familiar with these types of fixes, but it was worth it to have it functioning again.

Every time Ponderosa has been out, the technicians have been great, they have been able to get to us quickly, and the service has been excellent.

Update: Ponderosa sent a Carroll as quickly as they could and he was able to solve our issue the same day. Thank you again!
