Had heating system checked out (got same day appt!) as furnace > 10 yrs old. Mike C and Mike D completed system tune up, CO check, gas leak search, and gas pressure test. They explained thoroughly each of these steps. Also gave info I requested about options should I upgrade thermostat in future. Everything checked out OK. Price for visit very reasonable: money well spent.

The drain inspection professional Brendan did an excellent job provided me with the information for preventive maintenance. Jacob the plumber is a professional very polite. I am very satisfied with the work of both me. I am definitely calling them to fix problems.

Our 33-year-old furnace quit working. We called Ponderosa and a technician came out the next day (Saturday). After determining we needed a new furnace, the estimator arrived within an hour, and we selected the system that would work best for us. The furnace and A/C system was installed yesterday. The installation team was knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. They all worked efficiently and completed the installation in one day. We also feel the cost was reasonable. We will use them in the future if we ever have plumbing and electrical needs.

This companies Team members did and an awesome job of communicating when they would arrive to start the work as well as the process of installing my outdoor electrical for our sauna. Very professional attitudes and work. Will definitely be using this company again for future projects around the house.

Our furnace was out and we contacted Ponderosa Heating with whom we have an annual maintenance contract. Because of the contract, they were able to prioritize a service appointment for the next day. The service technician, Nick, arrived timely and was able to quickly determine the issue and correct. But he also discovered another issue that will need to eventually need to be addressed. Nick was very professional, courteous and took the time to fully explain his work and options to correct the remaining issue. He was great to work with and we have always had great support from the back office team. We highly recommend Ponderosa Heating.

Highly, highly recommend! Our furnace "died" over New Year's when it was snowing outside and our second home became increasingly cold. Ponderosa's Jennifer A quickly responded to our voicemail plea, Kit fit us into the busy post-holiday demands to evaluate our 45-year-old (!!!) electric forced air furnace, and Cody then made the sales visit for a new unit. All three were more than professional, highly knowledgable, and more than interested and willing to be of service. Only because of our own logistics and travel considerations, we've had to go with another provider. Our sincere thanks to Ponderosa for their keen hiring of excellent workers who are sincere in doing an excellent job. Your company is to be commended on the highest level!

They were able to have an electrician out to our house within a few hours of calling them. Matt came out and diagnosed the problem causing our outage. He replaced a bad gfci outlet and had everything working back to normal within 15-20 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Excellent job!
