Evergreen Gas - Scheduled appointment and showed up on time. Very friendly and professional. Got my heat pump working so I could have good heat in the house.

We moved into our home about a year ago and have never had to deal with a gas furnace before. I called Evergreen to come out and service our pretty old gas furnace and make sure things were still OK. The tech, Anthony, came out and spent time talking with my husband and I about how to maintain, keep clean, and get the most out of our current furnace. I am so thankful I called and am so happy they have such great people working for them!

Evergreen installed the Bryant HVAC system of my new house, built in 2019, and I ran into a problem with the air conditioner not cooling in April 2021 so it had only been through one summer of use. I did not choose them to install it, the developer that built my house did, but I figured since they did the install they would know the most about it or have it covered under warranty. It was a $150 fee to have them come out to diagnose the problem which I was fine with as it seems standard to pay a fee to any HVAC technician to find the problem. However, they found that it was low on refrigerant and the technician didn't have the equipment to find out where the leak was so it was an additional appointment to find the leak and repair it. Their follow up estimate to me was high so I decided to get a second opinion.

The second opinion charged me $99 for the diagnostic fee and said that would include figuring out where the leak was as long as the leak was at the AC unit or the furnace coils. The second company found the leak instantly. It turned out that the service valve wasn't closed tightly when it was originally installed so the refrigerant slowly leaked out to the point that it couldn't reach the optimal pressure to operate. Evergreen said this wasn't covered under warranty even though this was clearly an install error of their fault. I had the second company finish the job and the final price came in at less than 1/3 the cost of the original estimate from Evergreen even after the extra $99 service fee. Overall the rest of my system works great so for the most part Evergreen did a good job installing my system but I will not be using them for any repairs services in the future.

Our gas fireplace wasn’t working since we messed it up during the power outage. Other companies told us they needed to Oder parts and quoted us $350 to repair. The fireplace was only 14 months old so we knew no parts were broken or worn out. Evergreen came out and adjusted a wire and it works great! The charged us a house call. Rob was kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Koby’s the best technician for us and why we insist on him servicing our system and will work with when he’s available on the schedule. Authentic, trustworthy and transparent, and very patient to explain things that most homeowners wouldn’t necessarily know. Thanks to Evergreen and of course Koby!

After lots of research, we had TJ from Evergreen and a couple of other companies provide a bid for full HVAC replacement. Evergreen was by far the best. TJ provided an amazing consultation and recommendations (heat pump replacement) that were crafted for our situation. He wasn't pushy and provided us a ton of information to make an informed choice. Other reasons we LOVED them:

A valve for our gas fireplace had to be ordered. The team at Evergreen did a professional job. We now have our lovely fireplace working once more. The unit was also thoroughly cleaned. Thank you.

Fantastic customer service! My AC went out days before a sweltering weekend. I called the minute they opened (which is an hour before other AC repair companies in town.) My call was answered on the first ring, and a repairman was at my house a few hours later. They made sure that my kids and I were taken care of and went above and beyond to get it done as quickly as possible. Will be using them for annual maintenance and would absolutely recommend. Evergreen Gas removed our wood stove and installed a new energy efficient furnace, and they did an amazing job! The whole company, from the employees who answer the phones to the installers, were highly professional, respectful, and friendly. I really mean it!
