We recently had a New Fireplace installed after the one we had stopped working after 10 years Evergreen did an excellent job in giving the right advice choosing the correct fireplace to our liking and installing. Evergreen worked on our natural gas fireplace. We first had Evergreen come out to clean the pilot, which was burning yellow rather than blue, etc. etc. Then, we had them come out to install a remote control. The guys are super nice and professional, know their stuff, and can answer all questions clearly. They will definitely be our 'go to guys' for anything and everything related to their areas of expertise in the future.

We hired Evergreen to install our range hood and a gas line for our new range. They were responsive, professional, and very efficient. We also had them do a complete update of our gas fireplace and it looks so good. They were recommended by NW Natural, among a few other places in town, and they were the easiest to schedule walk-throughs with. They sent quotes in advance, and just did everything professionally throughout the whole process. The installation folks were really nice and did great work. If/when we ever need anything else done, we’ll definitely go with them!

Todd was the representative that came out to my home. They told me between 10 - 2pm they came out just after 12. Todd was very familiar with A/C maintenance coming from Arizona for many years. He maintained my furnace filter and cleaned out A/C pipe that may have clogged. So happy with the service. I will definitely refer them being in the home industry myself.

After moving into our home last summer we had had nothing but trouble with heat and AC. After multiple attempts to repair with other companies and many $ spent! I finally called Evergreen. I was a new customer to them and Wow they did a great job. Not only did they diagnose my problem correctly the first time, but they promptly returned with parts to make repairs. Our Service tech Todd was super professional and even took the time to explain the problem and repairs. Absolutely only using them going forward.

I just want to say, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! We have been without our A/C for 2 weeks with many people called and no shows. We called Michael and he was able to help us and get a couple guys out in a day. I'm so glad my house didn't burn down. Major thanks to Cody, and Scott for replacing our relay that had fried, along with some other parts. Happy house now. Definitely will be referring you guys to other's that are in need.
