I was stunned. Absolutely shocked with how amazing their service was. They excelled on getting my heater fixed in literally 2 days. They kept me updated and communicated to me very well. If there was a 100 star rating option, no doubt in my mind that I would choose it. The gentleman who came to do the repair was the sweetest and most respectful person. Was very quick and informed me that everything was up and running! I would definitely recommend reaching out to these folks. Such an easy, welcoming and satisfying process. Evergreen was easy to book and they repaired my fireplace in no time. They were on time, professional, super knowledgeable, and made an old gas fireplace look brand new. I will continue to use their services for my heating and cooling needs.

We converted our non-functioning gas fireplace with a beautiful electric one. We finally have ambiance and a heat source!! To say Evergreen was fantastic would be a great understatement! The were efficient, helpful, prompt, reasonable, all the things you'd want or expect from a professional company. Their representative came when he said he would and explained everything to us. Then, when the day came to install, Shaun and Tannyr were unbelievable! Showed up on time. Very thorough in everything they did. Polite and helpful. Couldn't do enough to make us happy. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were extremely careful with our personal items and cleaned up as they went along. At the end of the day, Shaun explained how to work the remote for the new fireplace so we could easily operate it. He didn't leave until he had swept and vacuumed the floors. I simply cannot say enough about these two young men and the service experience we received from Evergreen. We highly recommend them!

Anthony T drove on icy streets to pick up the burner plate for my gas fireplace, and still made it on time for my appointment. He explained what he was doing, showed me how to restart the pilot light and went above and beyond to make sure my fireplace was in excellent working order and looking sharp. My experience with Evergreen Gas has been fantastic! I recommend them and Anthony T was great to work with.

Sadly our furnace decided to kick the bucket, but thankfully it decided to do this right at the start of heating season. My wife and I had been saving up for an upgrade although it came along sooner than we'd expected. We could have tried to buy a couple more years out of our old furnace but decided the money would be better spent towards an upgrade now. Went with a 'hybrid system' of furnace + high efficiency heat pump so we could also have cooling in the summer. Evergreen were as always prompt, professional and did great work. We are very thankful that they managed to squeeze us in to what must be a very busy time for them and get us back to warm and comfortable in short order. They did a great job, and the new system is so much better and quieter than our old system. Top notch service all around!

Koby arrived on time and ready to get the repairs we discussed underway. To avoid a second trip out and to make our heater just a little more convenient he suggested installing a remote control system. We agreed and the work was quickly finished! We are very satisfied customers.

We had our gas fireplace currently in dispair and with Bill's professional & friendly quote, and his employee Shaun the technician doing such an amazing job fixing it better than when we originally had it installed years ago with different company.

Koby and his assistant arrived on-time and were most personable and professional. They cleaned out and corrected some problems with my gas fireplace and didn't try to upsell what I didn't need, instead making reasonable suggestions for the future and explaining things I needed to know. I've been searching for a new HVAC provider and now that I know Evergreen does that too, I have signed up for their maintenance program and plan to have my AC serviced in a few months. Yes, I am VERY HAPPY! Thank you, Evergreen.
