Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling

I had Koby out to fix my gas fireplace that stopped working. He was super professional and timely. He fixed the issue and made my fireplace look like new! I was so impressed. I will certainly use Evergreen again.

Our fireplace burner cracked and required replacement as did the fan. Anthony Tarr of Evergreen was the technician who repaired it for us. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Very careful of our home so as not to damage floors or furniture. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this business for any heating/air conditioning installation or maintenance.

Anthony was very helpful in getting my heater running again as well as assessing how well it was working at each vent. He gave me recommendations to improve the heat flow. He was friendly, professional and helpful. The company’s communication is great as well
, they send you a text message with who is coming to your home and when.

The technician was courteous, professional and completed the cleaning of our gas fireplace promptly. We thought we would be paying for a diagnostic as well, but he told us that the problem was so simple he couldn’t in good faith do that. I appreciate that! Also, though he arrived late due to heavy freeway traffic, he called to explain the situation. That’s another plus. All in all, I was very pleased and would hire them again.

Evergreen was the fourth quote we received to replace our home's HVAC system. What we appreciated about Evergreen was their pricing was much more transparent than other vendors and it made it easy to evaluate what equipment we were getting vs. some other companies that wanted to bid the cheapest equipment and pad the labor rates. Evergreen was very conscientious throughout the two-day install and did a very professional job installing our system and getting us familiar with it.

We personally have never used Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling but when we have a need we will certainly be calling them. Why you may ask? We are a small local family owned business and did some work for them. When they saw the quality of work that we did they started referring their clients to us for air duct cleaning. Every customer that books with us referred by Evergreen Gas are very happy customers. I love supporting local family business' when they perform quality honest work and take care of their customers. Evergreen definitely does that and their reviews reflect that. If you want to hire a company that knows their business and gives personal attention to details and care for their customers call them.

Arrived on time, very friendly and helpful. Came in to do maintenance on the furnace, replace the filter. He did leave before checking to make sure the furnace actually turned on - after leaving, we tested furnace and it did not turn on. Called in for a tech to come fix and could not return the same day?...we were able to correct on our own.

Conscientious attentive service. Anthony gave us thorough service both on the maintenance of the fireplace insert & the rework of our hvac thermostat set up. Have used this company for several years & they remain as attentive to the job requirements like they were when we first served us.
