Very happy I called Evergreen Gas and Heating. I have a 25 year old gas fireplace that has issues turning on and staying on. Anthony T and his helper came out, were on time, wore masks without being asked, laid down a drape to protect the floor and did a great job diagnosing and explaining my issue. They were very professional and I enjoyed and appreciated the time they spent in my home. I asked Anthony about some other heating equipment I have been concerned about and he was more than helpful. Evergreen Gas is my new go to company for heating and cooling needs.

After being turned away from 3 other businesses to fix what was a simple fireplace gas leak, Anthony T. came out and had it done in under an hour.
He was courteous, professional, and experienced. He knew exactly what to do. The cost was very reasonable. We are once again enjoying our fireplace on these cold days.

This was my third time using Evergreen - and it's been an absolute pleasure every time. They are professional, friendly, on time and took a lot of time explaining everything they did. Also left my house spotless every single time. Can't recommend enough!

I called around and they were ready to help on the spot! My wife is 8months pregnant and they were sensitive to our situation and showed up within a few hours to do inspection. They didn’t try to sell me the works, just provides great advice and customer service. I expected their to be a delay for repair since COVID, but they came out 3 days later and completed the repair and were very friendly. Everyone I worked with was amazing and I 100% would use them again and recommend them to anyone in the Sherwood area who wants quality work and amazing customer service. I got a new furnace and heat pump installed along with a new thermostat. Everything seems to be functioning well. The workers were friendly and courteous. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the workers who went into my crawl space to install something for the heat pump moved some things around but did not put them back and in fact broke an old plastic shelf I had in there but I did not find out until after they left. Otherwise, they did a good job.

Michael arrived on time , was prepared and he set up quickly . He was friendly and efficient and did not mind my sitting near him watching and asking questions . He had no trouble diagnosing and fixing the stubborn pilot light due to years of non use . He took the fireplace apart , cleaned it and put it all back together. Now we have a beautiful and warm fireplace to enjoy . I will not hesitate to recommend Evergreen Gas.

The technician was on time and very professional. He explained very clearly what the problem and solution was.
His attention to detail during the repair was impeccable.
He didn’t just replace the part, he installed it, checked for leaks, made sure all the pressures were correct and adjusted the system to original manufacture specifications.
The 20 year old system looks and runs like new. AMAZING!
The office staff were also very friendly and efficient, communicating with me all the way through the process.

We worked with the Evergreen team to repair a gas leak in and around our fireplace. Molly and Carrie in the office were always incredibly responsive and considerate when scheduling service, and Anthony was our main technician who helped source and replace the defective pieces in our fireplace. The quality of work was fantastic, and we will absolutely be using them again for anything related to gas/heating/cooling!

Anthony did an excellent job with our Fall HVAC service and checking out our fireplace. He is always kind, courteous and honest. He tells me what we need to fix or replace and what is OK for future maintenance. I highly recommend thank you for being a partner in home maintenance that I can count on. these folks. The best I’ve had in recent years.
