Shawn (sp?) and another fellow arrived near the beginning of our 4 hour window, which was nice. Very nice guys. Very professional, considerate and polite. They replaced a gas valve for our fireplace plus answered some questions about our water heater. Shawn was great. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks very much.

Evergreen Gas worked on my gas fireplace (a few times). Always knowledgeable, polite, and extremely responsive. When I had an issue right after they had been out, they returned within 24 hours and made it right. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this HVAC contractor. Our families own 6 properties (primary and rental) in Sherwood and have struggled with various large contractors. Local to Sherwood Oregon Evergreen provided a local, family oriented touch. And they were extremely communicative from the first call, to the appointment and finally the repair. Kudos to our technician for handling the repair quickly and not recommending a new $7000 unit that wasn’t necessary. And kudos to Mikaela for always returning my calls quickly. Thank you Evergreen! Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling is an amazing company! They provided maintenance and repair services for both of our gas fireplaces. Aaron P. was an incredible service technician! He was knowledgeable, thorough, kind and kept us informed throughout the process. He was fully prepared for COVID precautions with a mask and gloves, as well as boot covers. This was a huge relief because two members of our house are immune compromised and we have a young child who cannot be masked. The prices were incredible reasonable and we were even offered a discount for having all of our repairs completed at one time. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our service and have signed up for yearly maintenance. We would highly recommend Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling services. Do not hesitate!

Evergreen came through again with excellent service. Determination & technician determination & conscientiousness solved our tricky to find furnace problem. Evergreen has just given us excellent attention & service again. They first served us 6 years ago installing our fireplace insert.

The technician was on time, courteous, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. The HVAC wasn't working.... they were able to get a tech out the same day (that was a surprise) and Todd showed up right on time... texted before hand so I was able to arrange my work schedule to allow me to meet him. He had the issue figured out in 15 min, and fixed in less than 60. Was super communicative and made sure I understood the issue and the fix. the cost was less than I had prepared myself for so another pleasant surprise. Really appreciate the service I have gotten from Evergreen and recommend them.

We were very pleased with our experience in 2019 with Evergreen. We had exceptional service from beginning to end. TJ began the process by educating us and walking us through their heating/cooling equipment options. He was able to help us select high efficiency units that will help us save substantially on our utility bill. He was very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward..no pushy sales experience. Isaac and his team of installers came on time each day and were very respectful of our home in the process, covering the carpeted areas leading to the work site. Once the install was complete, they sent Derek to help teach us how to set/use our new thermostat, and educate us on helpful tips to maintain our new units.
I would recommend Evergreen to all my family/friends needing to replace any heating/cooling equipment. We have also used Evergreen in the past to repair one of our gas fireplaces.
I can't say enough about their professionalism and their helpfulness to their clients.

Anthony Tarr provided service to our fireplace today. Replaced the fireplace window and seal. Excellent work completed. He was so professional yet related to us on a technical level that was easy for us to understand. Excellent service provided with a smile. His intern also seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely schedule future service inspections and calls with Anthony in the future.
