Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling

Michael with Evergreen Gas came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC and we are now up and running and cool again! We’re so grateful!

Do not use this company for install or repair. We had them come out to service two fireplaces. After a quick inspection the technician informed us of a clogged pipe and a cracked firebox. He would not unclog the pipe but said he would come back after the cracks were repaired (by another company as they do not do this type of repair). The second fireplace he looked at he was also unable to repair. We still barely have any flame. After he left with both fireplaces still not working we received a bill for $400. When I reached out to the service department Carrie and the Service Manager said they would not service the fireplaces and that we would need to reach out to another fireplace contractor to get them repaired. This company is clearly unable to preform this type of work and could have saved all of us time by referring repairs out from the beginning. If you are in need of gas fireplace service, I recommend not using this company.

Scott was an amazing tech who was polite and communicative throughout the whole process. Molly was very responsive with scheduling as well. Will use again!

(Steve's wife) Outstanding service from everyone including the office staff and our service tech, Noah. I got in contact with Evergreen because a service vehicle was at my neighbor's house. I called the number listed and made the appointment to service our gas panel fireplaces. We were sent a text with Noah's picture before his arrival. He arrived on time and did an amazing job. We were having trouble with the ignition switch and for Noah, it was an easy fix. What was mind blowing is that he took out every little stone and "wood" piece and cleaned them individually. He re-assembled everything and it is beautiful. Thank you for the great service. A well-deserved 5 star review.

Evergreen replaced parts on our gas heating stove. The technician was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the workmanship of this company’s employees.

We had a wood burning fireplace that we wanted to convert to gas. NW Natural referred me to Evergreen Gas. The owner, Bill, came out to the house, walked us through the process and got the ball rolling. Wow! Great service and great product. Definitely made the house very cozy. I prefer fireplace heat compared to forced air. LOVE IT!!

I am one of the owner's of Evergreen Gas Heating & Cooling, but thought my review might matter to some potential new customers. Our installers recently upgraded our personal home with a high efficiency Bryant "smart system", including a Bryant Evolution Air Purifier. We LOVE this new setup! Not only can we control our home's temperature from an app, the new filter kills over 99% of germs, molds, and even the corona virus (& other viruses). It is money well spent!

Needed help with my Lopi gas heating stove and was referred to "Evergreen". Response time for the holiday season was excellent and appreciate the call to confirm the day prior, and the call when the tech was on his way. Cody was professional, tidy, knowledgeable, and was able to replace my igniter on the spot. The unit is what I rely on as my primary heat; certainly made my Christmas merrier. Thanks, Evergreen

I would give them 10 stars if I could, especially Shaun.

We had a gas leak on a Saturday and the city shut our gas off, red tag status. It was a cold weekend and not having heat or hot water would have been very bad, especially with a toddler at home. I called many companies and most were not available for weekend service and some did not have people with the skill-set for the job that require pipe work. Thankfully I found this company.

Shaun was assigned to the job, arrived as schedule, and was at our house for over 5 hours. He went above and beyond to ensure the issue would be fixed that day. He was very nice, professional, super knowledgeable, and very clean.

He fixed the issue after detailed research of the root cause. He triple checked everything after he was done, to ensure the leak was resolved and the gas company would approve the fix.

By 10pm he was done and the gas company came back to our house shortly after to approve of his work and turn our gas back on. We passed hooooooray.

Evergreen ‘s technician did an excellent job servicing our gas fireplace. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. This was the second time we have used them and they did not disappoint.
