Great experience with this company. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. Jaime was awesome on the job, I think it was harder than usual but he was patient and worked hard to unravel our issues. Very happy with River City NW!

I am a multiunit area manager for Pizza Hut. This company is been absolutely great From day one with the owner reaching out to our company and establishing a positive relationship. There were is excellent their prices are fair and they are responsive. Whether you’re dealing with Collin In the service department or Audrey in billing they go over and beyond and provide exceptional customer service experience.

Had very bad experience with this company. Poor quality, lots of mistakes, technicians not professional. Highly not recommended

The technician that came blatantly lied to our manager and overcharged for service that never happened. The technician told our manager that I (owner) pre-approved the invoice (I didn’t). He then charged us for 4 hours when less than one hour of work was done. When confronted with this the technician said it included the drive time. Not only is 3+ hours absurd for a commute, River City claims to not charge for drive time on their website (instead they charge a $85 diagnostic fee which they also tacked on in addition to the 4 ‘hours’). The technician never showed our manager an invoice, and said they would email a copy later on. This company is incredibly sketchy and I would recommend staying away.

We've used River City for the past three years and absolutely endorse their work. Keoni is always thorough with the jobs we've given him (annual maintenance or repair work on our wine cellar cooling unit) and he goes above-and-beyond every time we have him out to our house. Strongly recommend.

Don’t ever deal with these clowns! They charge an arm and a leg for repair, a repair which didn’t get done btw! To run “diagnostics” alone cost a bunch! Better off buying new equipment than deal with these Neanderthals!

How come company's dont offer legimite customer service. Instead ur getting the fast food version of service and paying top dollar for fast food. River city is extremely unprofessional.
