I wish Google had a 10 Star rating because that is what I would give Wolfer's if I could. I have never been more impressed with the service we received especially during a very difficult time. On Dec 22 we found out my 26yr old nephew had died. My entire family was flying to town to help my sister and organize his memorial and our house was the center point of all gatherings. Then on Dec 28th during holiday break, our heater breaks and it is unrepairable so we start calling around for quotes and within 4 hours, our super hero Wolfer's rep, Thea Kirby is at our house showing us our options. No one wants to spend thousands of dollars replacing a heater but Thea made the process so easy and was able to give us everything we asked for. We did meet with 2 other HVAC companies for quotes and we were so pleased with the package and financing offer that we decided to add on air conditioning. We signed paper work on the 29th and there was a crew of 5-6 men at our house the very next morning. This is where the real magic began. Of course you expect great service from the sales rep but that same incredible service continued with every single person on the install team. I don't remember everyone's names but Alex and Robert went out of their way to make sure we got everything we wanted. For instance, we really wanted to add in a 4inch filter system but the space under our stairs wasn't tall enough so he offered to custom build a special filter box at his home over the weekend and came back on Tuesday to install it. They also replaced a broken vent and dry wall with a new filter vent that had nothing to do with the original order. For the air-conditioner, we wanted it located under our deck stairs. They explained why it would be much easier and would look cleaner if it was placed it in our side yard so I said "ok, go ahead and do what's best". They could tell I wasn't happy with the decision so they brought in the electrician and the entire team went to work on finding a solution. It was so amazing watching them project solve and going over each option. You could tell that they truly cared about this project as if it was their own and we were more than just customers, they made us feel like family. Not only did the air conditioner end up under the stairs, but they created covers for all the wiring so everything was hidden and looked clean. There are multiple other stories I could tell but needless to say, we had heat by 3:00pm on Friday. I can not speak highly enough about the entire Wolfer's team, it truly was one of the best experiences I have ever had especially during such a difficult time.

Very fast service. I called in the morning, and the same day afternoon my AC was fixed which is really important in the middle of the summer. With other similar businesses, the very first appointment was available only in a week. Wolfer’s Home Services - professional approach, solution, and fix. Good attitude. Great customer service. Just had Wolfer’s out yesterday for regular maintenance /inspection of AC unit and very pleased with service. They cleaned it up, tested performance and settings, and made sure it was operating at peak efficiency. Made some non-urgent suggestions I look into which all made sense. Was no pushy sales pitch. I signed up for their routine maintenance service; so far very pleased.

UPDATE - Wolfer's sent a senior installer to discuss my AC installation yesterday. He explained to me why my install was the way it was (the law's have changed recently). He was very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. And prior phone calls after my installation really did make me feel that the company wanted to provide me complete peace of mind and satisfaction. So I changed my review to 5 stars which I feel is truly deserved.

I had Wolfer's perform an A/C installation via Costco. I wanted to leave a lower score but since the sales representative I worked with and the crew were very professional and courteous I did not. My reason for the 3 star review is as follows - the installers drilled a hole through my foundation to install the AC line WITHOUT permission from either myself or my wife. As you can see from the photo, there was a foundation vent less than a foot from where they had to drill the hole. This vent was where the previous AC line went. But since they created the AC foundation without assessing where the AC line should go based on the AC unit itself, they either had to change the foundation or drill the hole. They chose to drill the hole without asking, and only let us know after-the-fact.

They were able to promptly get me a quote for a ductless minisplit system and quickly get an install scheduled. Installers were on time and did great job on the install with no mess or issues.

My AC went out yesterday. They came out today. The gentleman was respectful, friendly, and fast. He did the diagnostics and fixed the unit within 30 mins. He stick around for a good while to check the vents to make sure everything is functioning. Super grateful for the service and for

This was a great experience. With coming record temperatures we needed our cooling problem resolved. Paul found the problem quickly, had the part we needed, suggested the maintenance plan to save us some money and installed and tested. I am very pleased with Wolfers and would recommend them.
