Easily the best tech/contractor/pro I've ever had to my house. Jeff was super helpful, super nice, couldn't ask for a better. Great communicator, explained everything really well, diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it with great care on next service call. Even put up with a bunch of dumb home owner questions, that were super helpful. Price seemed fair, though I didn't shop around after the diagnosis, I knew after the initial diagnosis I'd be happy to have a quality pro come back for the repair.

Fantastic and very professional crew. Steve, my technician was great and knows his trade. Debbie and Janet, the behind the scenes staff were always cordial, hell fun to speak with. I was originally quoted a very high price for my AC repair but when the job was done I was pleasantly surprised with the final number. Steve did not blow sunshine up my skirt when informing me about the potential costs. Honesty is a value I appreciate as a consumer. No hidden fees or lingo, just facts. I would highly recommend this outfit any day of the week!

Everyone at Morrison Heating and Cooling was absolutely wonderful to work with. Joe did our estimate and was so upfront, honest and explained everything so well. He didn't run us around with a sales pitch and backed everything up with many years of experience. Janet in the office was very responsive and helpful, even when we had a bunch of questions. Our installers, Steven and Sergio, were very courteous, they did a great job, left the spaces they worked in very clean and everything is running great. They explained everything about our new system very thoroughly and even won over our very shy dog. Excellent service, great value and wonderful people! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Morrison Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and air conditioning for us last week. We did run into some trouble with our existing ductwork which they worked overtime to fix, and now our new furnace heats our home so much better and evenly! The team was professional and kept everything nice and clean. Very pleased with Morrison Heating and Cooling.

The team at Morrison made our AC installation incredibly easy. We live out of the country, but the team took time to patiently talk us through things over the phone…even with a poor connection. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The AC was installed on time and works well. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for HVAC installation or maintenance!

Dominic installed a mini split system in our small home. The unit was recommended by the Morrison sales team -- and they could have easily talked us into something more expensive but instead they recommended the best option for our 700 square foot home which also was the most cost effective. So far it's fantastic! Dominic did a great job on the install - he was very thoughtful on where to place the indoor and outdoor units and explained the best way to use it for energy efficiency. We highly recommend Morrison!

Scheduled an appointment and they called earlier in a week as an earlier appointment had opened up. Steven was the service technician; he was right on time and explained the steps he would take for maintenance on our two Mitsubishi mini split units. He cleaned and serviced the outside units, then cleaned and inspected the inside units. He helped explain parts of our system that the installers never did. He was very helpful. The receipt included detailed notes from the service call, for our records; I thought that was a nice touch. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone or dealt with has been super kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. We will be using them for our mini-split maintenance and service from now on.

He is courteous and friendly. He was prompt and kept me informed of his progress during the repair. Our old heat pump needed replacing and Morrison Heating & Cooling provided us a system comparable in equipment to several other bids but several thousand dollar less expensive. There was one issue with the indoor air handler not working properly with the outdoor unit and they were prompt in making that adjustment. We’re happy with their service and recommend them highly.
