Fantastic service! My heat pump broke down on a Sunday night and Morrison Heating and Cooling was able to fit me in Tuesday afternoon! This was a minor miracle since the current heat wave has all the local HVAC shops booked and scheduling overtime appointments. Oren was EARLY for our appointment and took the time to tell me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was polite and thorough with the process and had my heat pump working in less than an hour. A huge relief that I didn't have to deal with another restless night from being overheated! I highly recommend this shop!

I made the appointment several weeks ago, emphasizing along with ability, I appreciated good communication and punctuality. I was told their expert, Steve, would arrived between 8:00 and 8:15. Steve arrived at 8:05, a welcome development. Steve was courteous, professional, answered questions and gave some much appreciated advice. I would hire Morrison Heating and Cooling again.

Upon completion of the furnace install, my garage was cleaner than before they started. Todd, the owner, was so helpful and considerate. I highly approve of this company.

I can't sat enough good things about Morrison Heating. We had our heat turned off by NW Natural Gas because of a leak. Called about 4 other companies and they could not come out till next week. Morrison sent some one out that next day and he figured what the problem was after spending a long time at our house, so courteous too! The other companies said that we would need a new furnace and wanted to set us up with an appointment to install it right away!. Morrison took care of it without having to get a new furnace. Can't thank them enough for that.

John Jacobson and the whole Morrison Heating & Cooling teams were wonderful. John helped us when our HVAC failed this summer and steered us in the right direction when finding a new furnace so we could keep our existing A/C unit. Everyone was responsive and helpful. The installation crew spent all day and the following day making sure that the new system was up and running before a heatwave struck. I highly recommend them.

Technician Chris did a wonderful job finding the problem to my furnace water pump! He knew by my symptoms exactly where to look and he quickly and efficiently took care of the problem! He has an old school work ethic that is hard to find in today’s service calls... I would use and recommend Morrison heating and cooling. Thank you

Our installers were Aaron and Brian. They were great. On time, and worked diligently to get the whole install done on time and neatly. They even cleaned up some poor installation from our water heater installer.
