Morrison Heating & Cooling

Called Morrison to arrange a service call. Talked to them to set an appointment, said their service manager would call me back. No call. Emailed them asking for a return call nothing. I know they have glowing reviews but in my case they are not responsible at all. I have contacted Efficiency Heating and Cooling another HVAC company in the area and they are coming out this afternoon. What a difference in costumer service.

I just received a return call from Morrison apologizing for not getting back to me. I really do appreciate them making an effort to correct their mistake. I know all HVAC business are very busy this time of year. I'll see how Efficiency Heating and Cooling does.

Love Morrison used them for mini split in our oldie house. It has been great. Used them for minor improvement to hvac precipitate pumping system which had been unwisely installed by another hvaccompany. Tech Chris came out found a solution and did it. Great!

Called and can't even leave a message when they don't answer. System they unstained went offline and doesn't work so now I'll have to find someone else to service it even though they should after the install when it's still under warranty.

Our Air Conditioning was giving us trouble recently. I am a strong do-it-yourself'er but an A/C system is outside my technical capabilities. Chris, the service technician did a fantastic job of servicing my system, as well as going into technical details in order to answer all my questions. I love to understand how things work, and Chris definitely went above and beyond in explaining things to me in a way I could understand.

You can identify someone who understands/performs quality work by how passionately and knowledgeably they speak about their trade. Chris was a great example of this. I could tell after just a few minutes I could trust his advice.

Also, very appropriate and respectful of the current Covid-19 conditions. I felt totally comfortable and at ease letting him into my home. Thank you Chris. And thank you Morrison Heating and Cooling.

Great work and outstanding people! Chris was my technician and he was fantastic! He came out for a routine furnace maintenance, noticed my blower assembly was super dirty, and was able to get that done too all in the same appointment. I can highly recommend these guys for sure!

This is the second time we have used Morrison Heating and Cooling for a big (for us) residential job. Once again they were great. They are friendly and efficient. They actually show up when they say they will and do what they say they will. The workers are nice to be around and the charges are competitive. I highly recommend them!

We appreciate the outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship offered by Morrison Heating and Cooling. They fit us into a full schedule on a very hot day, and got our repair going. We would recommend them highly to anyone; they do great work at a fair price.

Very pleased with our new furnace. These guys got our whole setup up to code and running nicely with our existing thermostat, and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need! Quick booking, very responsive with the quote but not pushy, and it only took a day to install.

Great experience adding A/C to my central air system. Compared pricing with 5 other Portland HVAC places and they were the least expensive. Scheduled my appointment within a week of confirming the estimate. Installers David and Sergio were super professional, courteous and knowledgable.
