    I had them come out and take a look at my older AC unit because it wasn't blowing cold on our first warmish day of the year. I thought I'd see if I could limp it along one more season because I'm just not ready to replace it. Morrison sent out a tech, Oren, who did his diagnostic routine. We turn on the unit and it's still not blowing cold air. Hmmm. Pulls the panel off of the inside unit and asks, "has anyone had been in this panel?"

    The only other person that had been in the panel was a competitor, who also has good reviews. I won't name the competitor because I don't want a libel suit on my hands, but the evidence suggests that they had crossed wires inside my unit so that the thermostat would turn on the blower but not send the signal out to the compressor. Holy cow! Talk about your deceptive trade practices. This competitor also misdiagnosed an issue with my furnace that they wanted to charge me $1,300 for (that one I figured out on my own and it was actually just an $8 part, which is why I didn't call them back when I needed my AC looked at).

    In any case, Morrison has definitely earned my business. Why try to sell someone a new AC and furnace if the system that they have still has some life left in it? I'll be calling them to service my system every year and, as long as their replacement bid is in the same ballpark, I'll definitely be having them replace my old furnace and AC when they finally give up the ghost. It's really refreshing to find a company that's more worried about building customer for life relationships than getting an easy buck by whatever means necessary. Great company!

    An employee who drives a white van with Morrison electric parked next to me at rite aid. He was obviously intoxicated and was buying more beer. He opened his door in a very aggressive manor hitting and scratching the paint on my car. When confronted he was very belligerent and foul mouthed. He had a long black beard and wore dirty coveralls.
    Once inside the store he came out and was yelling at another customer for no reason telling her he wished she died.
    He then opened his door wider purposely hitting my car again and opening a beer as he drove away very aggressively. This behavior was not warranted from someone who wants to keep his job. I hope his employer reads this and corrects his employees behavior when on duty.

    I personally work with Morrison on construction job sites as a plumber and have seen first hand the quality work they do. Which is why when I needed a furnace and A/C install at my personal home they were the ones I called. Wasn't disappointed!

    Everyone at Morrison Heating & Cooling are my heros! Eddie came last week and was quick with his evaluation and quote. A fateful cancelation meant I was able to get AC installed a week later in my 1800sq ft house while it was in the 90s. I came home from working all day to a comfortable 75*. Thank you so much for a quick, painless, and clean install.

    When our tenant's furnace went out in chilly Sept. I called around to several HVAC companies. Morrison was the only company where I got a real human on my call (the rest wanted voicemails) and scheduled an emergency call after 5pm that day. However, not more than an hour later a Morrison Heating & Cooling van was outside our tenant's rental unit! Turns out their tech, Chris, had finished another job early negating the emergency call fee. Chris was quick and professional, diagnosing the problem (bad ignitor) in a few minutes. He showed me the bad ignitor and explained what had happened, then installed a new one and made sure the system was working properly. He also told us how to properly clean the washable filter. Whole thing probably lasted 30 minutes. We will definitely do business with them again. BTW, I loved Chris' NY accent! :)

    My dryer would not work properly and keep giving me errors due to my dryer vent being clogged. I found Morrison heating and cooling and called the number around 9 at night expecting an answering service but instead spoke to Mr. Morrison himself. The next day Preston was sent to my house and cleaned the dryer vent out from the laundry room. The thing that really impressed me is that Preston didnt just hook everything up and leave after he was done. He wanted to stay and make sure the dryer was working properly. Sure enough I had another error code on the dryer. Preston then, in the pooring rain, climbed on to my roof and cleaned out the outside vent. Great company, great employees. I highly recommend.

    A.J. was very thorough & professional. Best maintenance service we've ever had. Serviced furnace, heat pump, gas fireplace & tankless water heater. He located & sealed some air leaks on the furnace that we didn't know could be sealed off safely, and nobody else caught this all these years. We are now a Morrison customer :-)
