Morrison Heating & Cooling

We used Morrison Heating and Cooling to replace our existing furnace that had failed. Aaron, Brandon, and Greg arrived promptly at 8am and got to work. They did an excellant job, and our installation was not your run of the mill install since our furnace is located in the crawlspace of our house. They were really friendly, and answered any questions that we had. They even fixed a few issues that whomever a prior owner of house had hired had done a poor job on. We were really happy with the installation and our new hvac system is so quiet compared to our old one. I highly recommend Morrison Heating and Cooling.

I had a mini-split installed at my home by Brandon and David. They did an amazing job, communicated clearly about the work, were nice to my friendly (nosy) dogs, and left their work area cleaner than they found it. AJ did the electrical and was great as well. The unit works wonderfully and is ideal for the space, thanks to Peter's estimate. Thank you all!

From start to finish, everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and really cared about what I wanted. Ray was my estimator and was the deciding factor in why I chose Morrison among several other estimates. He was available for a multitude of questions and did so with honesty, friendliness and patience. The price given was fair and a good value.

I can’t believe the service I received from the installers! They turned a two-day job into one. All the guys who arrived to make this happen (David K., David D., Brandon, Greg and AJ) were friendly, hard working, and knowledgeable. They were funny and seemed to actually enjoy their job. It was a pleasure to have them here.

I had a question regarding the way the thermostat was set up, so the next morning I contacted the office and spoke with Janet who promptly set up a follow-up visit for me with Jeff, who was very friendly, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and tweaked it so my new HVAC works exactly as I want it to.

We got a heat pump installed from Morrison's last week, and I recommend them to everyone. Great, personal service from very friendly and knowledgeable people. Their price beat out our other quote by $5k (!) and the whole process was easy and felt very transparent, no surprises at billing time.

I received excellent service from Morrison Heating & Cooling, beginning with the great communication and responsiveness when setting up my initial estimate to the installation of the AC itself.

Aaron and Brian, the installation team, were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They found a broken air filter in my furnace and replaced it without charge, cleared up a discrepancy between the initial bid and the work order, and made sure that my wifi thermostat was properly installed and working with my phone and that everything was running correctly. Morrison was more expensive than other places I sought bids from, but this was absolutely worth it for the great service and peace of mind. I am confident that they'll continue to be professional and responsive and will use for future HVAC work.

Morrison is now owned by Sunset. Estimate was CRAZY expensive. Maybe they are short-staffed and figure if they mark it up 2x, they'll make the most money with limited resources.

Wanted 2 mini-splits installed at same location outside, to handle two indoor units 8' away (yes 8') on wall in LR and BR (back to back). Smallest units (9k and 12k). With "discount' and EnergyTrust $500, PGE $200 estimate was $18k. Yes, electrical conduit, breaker and cutoff switch needed to be installed and that was part of estimate.

Why two mini-splits and not a multi? New Daikin R32 units not yet available in multi, but the refrigerant meets new climate change standards. I want to do the right thing, and the difference of the outdoor unit pricing shouldn't make more than $1k diff.

Excellent experience with professional team that came out to install central AC to my home. Aaron H. Armando and Brandon answered my questions and were efficient and respectful to me as a homeowner while I had to work from my home office and be on calls/meetings. The AC worked after installation and overall great experience with this team of technicians.
