They replaced my heat pump and water heater. Competitive price. Showed up on time. Did nice work. Very polite. Would recommend. Very happy.
My new heat pump started acting up in July a little over a year sense they installed it. I had them come out to fix it $129 later they did nothing but tell me if it acted up again they would replace two parts at no charge to me. Called them an hour ago was told I would have to pay another $129. I was told they have no record of what the repair teck had said and they would have to talk to a manager and call me back. I told them that if the manager did not agree don't bother calling back. W-a-i-t-i-i-n-g.
There employees are NOT honest.

Morrison has been our trusted heating and cooling company for awhile now. They are professional, reasonably priced and great at communicating. They installed our new AC and also diagnosed some heating issues. Their new maintenance program saves us money and also serves as a way to ensure we don’t miss an annual heater and AC check-up.

Jeff was the technician who provided service today. He was very respectful, professional upfront and honest. He took the time show me different aspects of my system and gave me great tips as a new home owner. If everyone ate the company is this respectful and personable then I will definitely recommend this company to others. I am very satisfied with the customer service.

Todd (the owner) and his crew were really great to work with and I would highly recommend! We had them install both a new hot water heater and a mini-split ductless unit in my shop and I couldn't be more pleased. Their quote was very detailed and thorough, and they were not pushy at all - just giving us exactly what we were looking for in repairs requested within the initial quotes. The install job of both units was very clean and to hook up the wifi on my mini-split the owner and rep even came out to troubleshoot one minor connectivity issue and get things up and running. 3 months after the job, I'll definitely look to them for our continued maintenance on these units as well as our furnace and A/C unit - job well done!

Replaced 17 year old Carrier infinity 96 unit with Daikin 96 unit. From the appraisal to the installation to the office staff everyone was professional knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Can’t say enough but the process was seamless. The Daikin unit is a superior product when compared to the Carrier unit.Would definitely get a bid from Morrison Heating if considering a furnace change.

I recently had a Laundry Pro installed on my washing machine. Morrison Heating & Cooling came out to install it and did a fabulous job! Professional and friendly company. The installer was careful when moving my washing machine and dryer around and even cleaned my floors underneath before moving the machines back into place! He took time to make sure I understood the start up cleaning cycles and then followed up with me the next day. So far, I love the Laundry Pro and I'm completely impressed that it's cleaning my laundry without any detergent!! I feel good about my small contribution in helping the environment and also cleaning my family and pet's wash without any chemicals!

Great company !! New furnace, cooling system, tankless water heater and Nest thermostat. Everyone we dealt with at Morrison was friendly, professional & competent, including Janet at home base, Eddie in Sales/estimation, and the 2 great guys who did the installation. Everything was on time and on-budget. Immaculate work. Their electrical and plumbing subcontractors were solid too.

They did a great install and had quick responsive maintenance when the AC failed during the heat wave. My tech, Jeff, was great - friendly, informative, and diligent. Parts fail. It happens. But being responsive and helpful is what sets a good company apart.
