Morrison Heating & Cooling

We've used Morrison before and have been very pleased. This time we needed to have the air conditioner replaced - again, a very good experience. Good people, good service, reasonable price. They are my go-to people for HVAC.

Morrison is fantastic. They installed a new HVAC system and new metal ducts in our basement. Eddie, Vinimin and Seth were absolutely incredible. Their work ethic, professionalism and high level of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. All in all, just outstanding. Highly recommend.

My elderly mom and her older sister’s air conditioner broke, and since I live in another state I was calling around trying to get someone to get out there to fix it as soon as possible. I called 3 other air conditioner contractors before I got a hold of Morrison Heating and Cooling, and none of them were able to get out there right away. However, Morrison Heating and Cooling were out to my moms house in 30 min. and my mom and aunt had air right away.
Can’t thank you enough Joe for helping me out right away! And Oren, the young man that went out to fix it knew exactly what he was doing and was very kind to my mom and aunt. Thank you Oren.
It says a lot about a company when they go above and beyond. Thanks again! Donna

Lack of clarity with billing, invoicing, product selections, had to reach out the company at least 3 times to be told what was being ordered, as the installers arrived at our home and didn't know what they were installing for the first 60 mins they were there. Then we get a 1 item invoice stating due upon receipt....for what?! There is no details about the cost of labour, cost of unit, or why the unit was selected, we had no choice or option...I am beyond perturbed.
UPDATE
Installation was done poorly and the solar power only collects the sun for < 5 hours of a 14 hour daylight and no battery backup?! I would advise you to select this company if you want someone to call the shots and not respond to any issues/complaints.

My family and I use Morrison for any heating or cooling issues we have. We also have them come to our home for annual maintenance. We appreciate their email filter reminders too! Great company and great staff!

I had a water heater issue and called out Morrison to fix it while I was out of town. They came out the next day. They basically just diagnosed off the error code provided by the gas controller, and said they were not able to fix it because they had no parts. Charged $98 for that service. When I returned I learned it was not even correct diagnosis (after checking the sensor with a multimeter (good), and even replacing with a brand new sensor since I had already ordered the part they could not get). Called them back and they said they could come out in 4 days (unless I wanted to pay overtime). Already have 3 or 4 days wasted with cold water, and no confidence they can fix a water heater. Would recommend you do NOT use this company.

We had a new water heater installed to replace our tankless system. Morrison did a wonderful job installing new water heater. Our family is excited to have great hot water again. Thank you Morrison for going the extra mile for our family.

Oren came to do routine maintenance on our furnace. Our finished basement is very cold. Oren said "Eddie can fix this." A few days later, Eddie came over and identified exactly what needed to be done. The furnace had plenty of capacity but the ductwork needed to be rerouted. Oren was right: Eddie fixed it four days later (with Seth.) Fair price. Good work. Nice guys all 'round!! What more could you want? We highly recommend them.

Cant say enough about these guys! They get in and get it done right the first time. Everyone I talked to from the phone to on site, they know there stuff, inside and out. Perfect, professional in all their work and fun to have around. I cant say enough how happy my wife and I are with Morrison Heating & Colling! We loved their work so much we set up anual maintance for our AC and furnace! Thank you all for getting us out of the cold!
