I had 2 others say my oil burning system was not repairable. Ed looked at it and said it is.... He was kind honest, explained everything showed me everything. And fixed it. He knows what he is doing and is a true engineering HVAC professional. I already scheduled him to come back to service my AC units. Honestly he made a loyal customer for life.

Ed came over to give us a quote for a new heat pump/ac unit. Our old ac unit was on its last leg. He got back to us within a few days with a price. We had the new unit installed within the week. Very professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him. He even filled out my warranty papers and had them to me the next day. Thanks Ed.

Our old unit limped along as long as it could but the old girl finally went. Ed was amazing. He installed our new unit for a fair price which is rare these days. No hard sell. He was honest, informative, clean and professional. He had the job done in one day and we're so grateful. He even checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. Look no further. I had a well known company in Bethlehem service my furnace. Afterward it was leaking oil. They sent another tech, and he did not correctly fix the problem. I called Morrison on a friend's recomendation and Ed came within two hours and fixed problem previous techs caused. I'll have Morrison service my furnace here on!

I would highly recommend them! Ed came out, fixed our leak and cleaned our system. He was on time, professional and did an amazing job explaining the system, what was wrong, and what to look for. I will use this company again. I have already recommended them to neighbors and friends. Fair and honest, clean and respectful.

My furnace died on a Saturday night. Multiple other companies couldn't fix it til Monday, but Ed said he would be out with a temporizing part the following morning and sure enough was out very early on Sunday morning and got our head fixed. The next business day he had picked up a new part and called to schedule the installation. He is very prompt, very polite, and great at what he does.

Ed goes the extra mile to make sure unit is installed correctly. He and the guys did a great job. Someone you can trust to do it right.

I have called Morrison Heating & Cooling multiple times for emergency services and cleanings to my central a/c, furnace, and fireplace. The owner has always fixed my issues quickly and at a great price compared to larger companies.

Excellent service and very fair pricing, very courteous. I called after company evening hours, had an appointment the next day for my gas fire place, the problem was trouble-shooted, part ordered and fire place burning nicely as I’m writing this review. It’s nice to receive the efficient service rendered by this company.
