We were completely impressed at every stage, from initial consultation and discussion of the needs of our unique house, to the pros and cons of various remedies, to the very timely scheduling and the creative implementation of our ductless system into our crazy floor-plan. A great crew, from consultation, receptionist, installers, electrician (to put in an improved electrical box). Fair and efficient from start to finish. This is a trustworthy "family" of fast and thorough workers~especially in the middle of a very hot Summer and a Pandemic. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them without hesitation!

I rarely make a review - but your service was so outstanding I thought I needed to say something. Chris & Jeff both were great. You responded quickly to our emergency situation. Your techs were awesome: friendly, knowledgeable, let me know exactly what they were doing and why. When the part that was installed did not function properly, you quickly responded and made it right. Jeff & Chris both gave me tips on how to take good care of the system. I had another issue and Jeff was back to deal with it within hours. I had never had to call a furnace technician before and had no idea who to call. I won't have to wonder now. I wouldn't call anyone else. The house is toasty again. Thank you.

We recently renovated our house, and as part of that process have worked with dozens of contractors. The Morrison Heating & Cooling team was extremely responsive, punctual, professional, and detail oriented - the best contractors we have worked with throughout the entire process. They even left our basement cleaner than when they left! And, I really appreciated how careful and tidy the installation of our AC unit was, both inside and out. Very professional, courteous and were able to fit a new furnace install in the next day. Competitive prices and pleasant to deal with from the top down. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling done in their home.

Every aspect of working with these guys was great. The office staff was pleasant, helpful and informative. The scheduler was able to get us worked in quickly and the service technician was excellent. He identified the issue in minutes and was able to help me understand how the different components worked together and how the failed parts played into that. He was able to make all the repairs on the spot and accommodated my request to do a full service on our entire system even though it wasn’t on my work order.
It’s the kind of experience we all hope for and unfortunately don’t get as often as we should these days.
I will call no one else for any future HVAC needs.

We had put our deposit down for a new system, both heat and air. I appreciated the rep. who spent about 2 hours in our home giving us six options, pros and cons of each and the opportunity to ask questions, then choose what is best for us. Two weeks later the a/c broke. In five days a repair fellow came out, put in a new capacitor (?). There was no charge for the part ($225) or service! That is phenomenal and got us through the heat wave until installation. We are two days in and very happy with the install, product and hospital grade filter system we included. Hopefully this will help with fire season. Thanks Morrison!

My furnace stopped working 3 days before our recent February snow/ice storm was about to hit. Morrison was able to come out the following morning after I called to diagnose the problem. I ended up deciding to replace my 24 year old furnace, as the repairs wouldn't have been worth the investment. I also decided to have them replace my ancient and constantly malfunctioning tankless hot water heater as they would give me a bit of a discount for doing both at the same time. By the evening of receiving my quote and scheduling the installation for the following week, Morrison had dropped off 3 loaner tower space heaters to keep me warm while I waited. I was so grateful for them during the storm. Thankfully I didn't lose power! During the storm, I ended up having water dripping through my bathroom fan and sleet blowing in my bathroom! Morrison investigated for me when they came to install the furnace and found that my old bathroom fan was vented into the attic (not to code) and snow/ice had likely accumulated and come in through the roofjack. There was wet insulation in the attic. So I added venting the bathroom fan to my project list. I had a new modern bathroom fan installed by an electrician and Morrison vented it for me directly to the roof. My three projects were all completed yesterday and I'm very happy with how everything turned out! Joe, the general manager, was great to deal with and patiently answered all my questions on the phone (and my emails). Jeff, my lead technician, was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this HVAC company.

We have minisplits in a new-to-us condo. We didn’t know what regular maintenance for them should be and feel lucky to have gotten an appointment with Morrison. Our technician Chris was knowledgeable and professional and very flexible about how he worked on the 6 units. We have no hose outlet and so what could have been an easy process instantly was more difficult for him. He made it work! So from dingy filters barely letting in air, we are now clean and clear!! And he taught us how to easily maintain the filters ourselves which means fewer service calls. This was truly a great experience - and how often do you say that about your HVAC person and firm?

I'm a retired Air Force F-16 maintenance officer and I have an experienced eye for assessing quality work. Four technicians were employed to install a new ductless AC and heating unit with required electrical work, plus removal of an ancient gas free-standing stove. The work was accomplished expertly and I was very pleased with the end product. i would highly recommend Morrison heating & Cooling.
