First Call Heating & Cooling

We met with sales rep, Jason Brown, to learn about options for a new Trane furnace and air conditioner. He answered all our questions and helped guide us to select the best equipment for our home and comfort. Our install team, Justin and Andrew, were professional, friendly, efficient and respectful of our property. I was totally impressed with their excellent communication - They clearly explained each step of the installation process. They taught me how to operate the thermostat and showed me how to reinstall & maintain the air filters correctly. I appreciated their excellent, detailed finishing work on the exterior siding and in the interior walls of my garage. They left the work area immaculate! I'm very pleased with my heating and cooling investment! First Call is First Class!!

Happy Thanksgiving! It was for us largely because of the crew from First Call. Our electric heater went out...the week prior. The house was 'chilly.' We called. Steve came right away. We discussed the options and decided to switch to gas. He was able to work us into their busy schedule during the holiday week, and we were off. The guys arrived promptly at 8:30 Monday morning, and JOE, JASON, JOSE from first call + FRED & EVELYN from Bear Electric tied into the job. By Wed. we had a completely new system plus a gas fireplace insert, air conditioner, thermostat, and air filter installed and running. Our workmen were the best I've experienced in some time. In addition to being efficient and doing what seems to us to be excellent work, they were prompt, clean, respectful, polite, and always responsive to questions or comments. I would highly recommend them! We're thankful we are warm- thanks to First Call Heating & Cooling~

We have done business with First Call for a couple of years, and each time they have always done excellent work with professional employees. We were so impressed when all 5 of the employees arrived, and with all that was required to install a new furnace and a/c unit they coordinated their work and everything went so smoothly. They finished within the amount of time the salesperson set up for the job. They also have a call center for customers after they’re closed for the day. This company has been around for a long time and will be there when or if I have a problem. The salesperson listened to what we ask for and did not try to sell us something we didn’t need. We would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Hammell was our service technician and was professional, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what he was doing to restore our heating system.

I am very happy and satisfied with First Call. I was looking to add central AC to my house. Justin came out and walked through the particulars in the free quote. We talked through the different options and decided on what would fit my house and preferences best. He was super knowledgeable and was more like my guide than a salesman. They were able to squeeze my install in really fast and only a few days later Alex and Dustin came out and set everything up. Everyone was friendly and approachable. The installation seems to be of very high quality workmanship and it all runs smoothly. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience and will be looking forward to any future interactions I may have through routine maintenance or should anything come up.

From my first call, to the final clean up after installation, the whole process from that start to the finish was very easy, professional and well done.
Steve was very knowledgeable about the best products and solutions when we were discussion quotes for equipment and different installation options. He was very honest and straight forward about what we could expect from performance based on the age of the house and condition of the ducts. I never felt pressured or an undue “sales job”, and his level of follow up was appropriate both before and after we signed the agreement.
Installation was top-notch and Justin did an amazing job. He was very thoughtful about how to run the new lines, considering appearance (inside and out) as well as function. The actual path of the lines was done to allow for future finishing of the interior space and was certainly not a short cut path of least resistance approach. He really takes pride in his work and was very professional, knowledgeable and customer service focused. GREAT JOB!
