    Arnold arrived on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes and resolved it in no time. He also gave me some very helpful tips which will give my old furnace a longer life. VERY appreciated.

    Frank inspected and cleaned the furnace and replaced a pump. He inpected the A/C and found it not to need any further maintenance. He checked the gas fireplace and determined that the repair required a firm that spicializes in fireplace appliances.

    I had the pleasure of having Nate and Daniel come to my residence to repair my AC. The company called me a few days prior to confirm my 0800 appointment, and they were here promptly on time! They went far and beyond my expectations, replacing the coils in the air handler (they had to make some adjustments to fit the new coils), line set, and a new out door unit, all in a very timely and professional manner. The system itself looks a lot cleaner than it used to. I would definitely use them again. A special shout out to Justin who stopped by to ensure we were satisfied with the work and did a quick look over of the system. All in all, I can’t say enough about these guys! Thank you for all the hard work.

    Our heat cut off and we only found out after work, so it was late when we called. Someone picked up the phone, was very nice, and said they could fit us in their schedule and
    come out the next day. Blake came out and diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue but explained he would need to come back out for a long term fix. Unfortunately the quick fix didn't last, but when we called back they couldn't have been nicer and Blake came back out right away so we wouldn't have to spend another night without heat. He spent his whole evening fixing our furnace and we so appreciated it. A very nice team of people who will take good care of you. Five well deserved stars.

    We used to be fans of First Call. No longer. We purchased both heating and A/C systems from them 5 years ago. We have them serviced in both Spring and Winter. This year they didn't return calls to schedule a date for the winter service. We had to follow up again. Then they are three weeks out, even though we had paid a premium for what they called "priority service". Found another highly rated HVAC contractor with a more personable customer service approach that can meet our needs two weeks before First Call was able to. We'll no longer be referring friends or business associates to First Call.
