    Or furnace went out during the heat wave and First Call was the only company who could make it out within a few days. Our tech Jason was outstanding - friendly, professional, and thorough. I would recommend First Call and Jason in a heartbeat. 10/10!

    First Call is the best. They respond very quickly and get someone out right away without charging an emergency or urgent fee. They were very accommodating of my personal preference for them so send the same tech as the diagnostic call.
    Daniel was my tech. So polite, just so nice and respectful to me, a senior citizen. Daniel went above and beyond, by securing a couple of loose boards for me that were not part of the furnace maintenance call.
    You have a good employee there and he is a credit to your company.
    First Call Heating and Daniel provide exemplary service and I would recommend them when you need HVAC work.

    I called yesterday, excited to have been scheduled next day. Daniel arrived early within scheduling window, another surprise.
    We addressed my concerns and Daniel immediately began checking boxes. He must have been here for a full hour, going over every last detail prior to discovering the main issue.
    You see... this is only our third summer with this system. We've never had any complaints until second zone upstairs stopped cooling.
    Daniel's an expert, knew exactly where the issue was and sat down to repair wiring at the furnace level. A needle in the haystack, my friends.

    Want to say how pleased I was with your service tech, Dillon. He arrived on time, was very personable with a great sense of humor and asked a lot of questions to figure out what had happened after our recently installed gas pack (heat/air) combo unit when last night, the unit stopped working. I waited a bit and tried various things as listed in the manual. Dillon came today and went through all the steps. After a last round of questions, he went to check one more item. That was the problem. A unit which triggers the heat to be on or off and was not part of the current installation and was from the old unit. (Hope I described it correctly!) He then fixed as best he could and started arranging for getting the right people out to fix it. Good job, Dillon!
