First Call Heating & Cooling

Moved to Happy Valley from out of state. Contacted First Call to evaluate and tuneup our HVAC system. Service was great! They did a terrific job, they were prompt, courteous, helpful, and very professional. Daniel Medrano, technician, was practical, patient, and very responsive to our questions and inquiries. We are confident that our heating and cooling are serviced and ready for whatever the weather might be. Thank you!

First Call Heating & Cooling came out to service my Air Conditioner. Scott not only looked at my Air Conditioner he also checked out my Furnace too. He did a great job taking measurements and taking notes. He noticed that I had already rinsed off the Air Conditioner Outdoor Coil and replaced the Furnace Air Filter. Scott said my system was in perfect order.

Blake came to my house yesterday for basic AC maintenance. After he left I noticed my house was getting warmed and I checked the AC and vent and warm air was coming out. Called back and he told me that the AC wasn’t going to get cold because it’s hot out. Which not only is bull but I’ve never had a problem with my house cooling down. Came back over and wouldn’t you know it he didn’t attach one of the connections. Afterwards he still found it necessary to tell me that an AC will have to work harder to cool down a house when it’s hot out because apparently I could never understand that on my own. He also left my gate open and my dog got out, he’s just lucky my dog isn’t a runner and came back to the door. I would give zero stars if I could.

Every time they've come out to service our furnace, First Call has been awesome. They are super knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Highly recommend!

The best for heating and cooling needs. We had to have them come back twice to make some final adjustments on a new install but there was no charge. Adam the tech that came back both times was very professional and explained what and why he made those changes. We have been very satisfied with First Call.

Kurt W. arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly. He worked in a timely manor in getting our ductless system ready for summer. I appreciated his expertise. Will welcome him back next spring for our annual "tune-up".

We chose First Call without referral. First, they answered- then they called back right away. Steve came out and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and tape measure in hand, gave us all the options. We scheduled a few days later and a new furnace with AC was installed in a day and half. The crew were so nice and clean & careful. We extremely satisfied.

Brian was on time and did an excellent job servicing our cooling/heating system. Did temperature and air flow testing. Cleaned and ready to go for the summer. Explained everything. We are extremely satisfied with everything.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable about mini-split systems and did a thorough job servicing it. He was also very good at explaining everything about using and maintaining it because this is my first experience with a ductless system. He was friendly and professional.
