The team of Jason, Nathan and Joe did a great job installing our new gas furnace. First Call took care of everything for us and made the process easy. They were efficient and did a great job and paid attention to detail. They did a wonderful clean up job. Love that every thing was explained even when I had small questions. The city inspector passed the furnace with flying colors and he commented on what a great job they had done.

The customer service offered by the entire company was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful and attentive. Everyone from Stephen who first came to give us a quote to Victoria, Samantha and Cheyenne in the office were patient, answered all of our questions and very professional. The installation finished on time and the installers were careful in how they not only installed the new gas furnace but kept everyone safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend First Call Heating and Cooling.

First Call has been excellent for us. They replaced our Furnace and AC about a year ago and took the time to do outstanding finish work. We had an error code on our furnace, called on a Saturday and Dan arrived exactly when he said he would a couple of hours after our call. He was incredibly friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. If you want outstanding installation or service you should call First Call and no one else!

We just had First Call change our current AC and heating units to a zone controlled integrated heating and cooling system for a 2 story home. It took a full 3 days to complete, and Joe, Ricardo and Jose did the work. They were absolutely fantastic - hard working, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, on schedule. You couldn't ask for better technicians! And they cleaned up every spot where they worked! They really knew their stuff and worked well as a team. Steve was our first contact for information and advice on heating and cooling goals, and he was so informative and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who has any kind of heating and/or cooling needs. Great customer service!!

I was blown away by Nick's expertise and ability to troubleshoot. Another company had tried and failed to fix my AC; their recommendation was to switch to ductless air. I might choose to do that sometime in the future, but I just don't have the $13,000 to go with that option. I decided to call First Call for a second opinion and I'm so happy that I did! Nick took the time to listen to the symptoms of the problem and was able to identify a solution that the other company had missed. He was thorough, kind, and explained his process as he went along. Nick also changed my air filter free of charge. I am definitely satisfied with my experience and will be recommending First Call to anyone who could benefit from their services. The recent check-up for our new heating and air conditioning units was very productive, positive, and educational. The equipment continues to run flawlessly, and this year's technician, Corey, was the best one yet. Although, we have enjoyed the service rendered through the years by all of the First Call technicians. He was engaging, informative, extremely knowledgeable, and competent. He also stated that he loves his work. It shows! Keep it up, First Call. This is the way all businesses should operate.

Marcus and Harvey serviced my HVAC system and installed a new thermostat. They explained everything they found to me and what the next step was. I am VERY happy with the service they gave. They were professional and kind, THANK YOU!!!

We bought our house over a year ago and had yet to have the AC serviced. Finally had them do it and the tech, Harvey did an amazing job. Explained a lot about the system and how to keep this older trane running in good order. I'm very satisfied with the service. I recommend them

l am not always your best or happiest customer regarding oil purchasing/delivery. However I have never been disappointed with any service call I have had. So pleased with the courtesy in the appointment booking, the follow-up reminder call and most of all the call letting me know Corey was on his way. He is a delightful person but more than that he explained everything to me as he did the routine workup on my furnace I am always hesitant about having workmen in my home but this was my second appointment with him and I no longer will worry about calling if I need help. Thank him for me and again the service was more than satisfactory. Hopefully I will have no need for his service until my next yearly checkup.
