I had maintenance done and Brian spotted a large accumulated amount of dirt and mold on 3 of my units. He cleaned them up in record time, he did a dantastic job
We are in the process of having a new furnace installed. Jason their consultant was knowledgeable and able to gain our confidence to proceed in the purchasing of a furnace that is 96% efficient in heating our 2,600 + square foot home. We've used First Call in the past for repairs and have never been disappointed yet. This is a company that works with diligence and integrity.
I had an AC install scheduled for first thing in the morning. Robert and Tyler arrived at my house right on time. They were very professional and courteous.
There appeared to be an issue where they initially thought they would have to run the AC to furnace lines on the inside wall of the garage. This would've left it looking unclean. After reviewing all of their options, they found a solution (albeit a more difficult one) of going into the crawl space and running the lines under the house. This left it looking very clean and natural.
They explained the AC unit and controls to me, gave me their card, and let me know to reach out if I had any questions.
Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the install and customer service provided by Robert and Tyler.
In a time of dire need, all the people that we dealt with at First Call were outstanding. Justin,in sales, did a thorough job of outlining what would be the best options for our situation without overselling. And, he followed up with us after the job was completed to make sure we felt comfortable with the operation of the new furnace. Jason and Kurt did a wonderful job on the installation. They were very experienced. Calls to the office were politely and efficiently handled by Diane in the Installation area, and by Victoria and Samantha in billing. What a great team of Professionals to work with!
Justin and Jose from First Call Heating and Cooling Came out to install our AC. They really did a great job! Professional, clean and efficient. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before they left. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
We just would like to say as a employee to this company they take care of their associates and their customers. I am an employee and I had a medical emergency which required a heart stent. They had everything in place to make sure I was safe and take care of my medical needs. Including my schedule and made sure I worried about nothing during this time. They even sent me a nice care basket with all associates thoughtful wishes on my card and a nice basket of flowers. Thank you first call I am proud to say I'm part of your family. Everyone for upper management and my direct supervisor Jason Markle even my operations manager Matt Mason sent me nice friendly text messages after my recent heart fix in the hospital to make sure I was okay and my family was okay. This is one of a kind. Truly blessed to say that first call is the best employer, the best family driven company who takes care of their customers and their employees.
