Our AC stopped blowing cold sir yesterday while we out and came home to a very warm house. I called first thing this morning and they were at my house around 1pm and replaced the capacitor and were done in less than an hour. Thank you

As a former employee. You don’t never see very many reviews from former employees and this review is solely dedicated to an individual that manages the service department. Although I only worked for first call for a short amount of time due to seeking out a different opportunity in Central Oregon but I want to mention the service manager Jason Markle. Working with Jason was an absolute pleasure this is one of the few companies in the Portland area the believes in honesty, integrity, and treating clients with an uncompromising level of service. Have used the company for many years. They installed the furnace/ac and have serviced it regularly. They have always been responsive and easy to contact for service or questions. Service people were professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them highly.

Needing a new gas furnace was intimidating and the fact that it was one of the coldest days since 2017 made it more challenging, but Jason was great to work with and got us a new furnace installed in one day.
Martin and Jose were super punctual and respectful and did really amazing work. Five stars doesn’t seem to be enough. I couldn’t recommend this company enough.

First Call was involved in the decommissioning of my old oil furnace and tank, and switch to a gas heater, late 90's, early Aughts. I'm still comfortable with the quality of their work and professionalism.

I am so grateful for the timely and professional attention to my furnace and water problems in my basement. Kurt fixed my slow leak in the fitting going from my furnace to the condenser in short order. And then he returned and diagnosed another leak from my foundation that I mistakenly thought originated from the furnace. Very polite and explained in detail with a demonstration of the leak source. Thank you very much.
