MP Heating & AC

I found MP Heating and Cooling to be highly responsive to our needs, and have always been able to solve our problems quickly and effectively. We have used them for both heating and cooling at our house. They have been honest and forthright, doing minor repairs or fixing technical problems, such as thermostats or duct work. They have also told us when we needed a new furnace and explained simply why it was the best solution. Their prices were reasonable when I compared to other compared to other companies. In summary, I could not have been happier with MP Heating and will use them in the future without hesitation.

I have been through HVAC firms/people and Sam, and his crew, from MP are by far the best I have had the pleasure to engage. MP (Sam Murzea) is a referral from a buddy, and MP did not disappoint. I called Sam on a Saturday on an emergency call.... not expecting a call back. but he did. Beyond this, he actually came onsite and did troubleshooting... that very day. Long story short, we knew we needed to replace our furnace, and Sam confirmed the same, so that Monday the whole job was complete. Amazing! MP is superb - service, quality, speed, friendly, and reasonably priced. They threw in many extras that I did not expect. You can bet I'll be engaging MP for all my HVAC needs from here on out. Sam did an excellent job. He arrived Saturday morning , inspected my furnace that was making some noise and explained what was the problem , how to fix it and how much is going to cost . He also did service on my AC unit and fire place. Great work.

Sam was professional and FANTASTIC!!! I managed to get a same day appointment and boy was I grateful because he quickly fixed what was wrong and we finally had heat!! Not only is my house nice a cool. But, it is clean and beautiful. Sam and Emil made sure that they not only kept my house clean, but also took extra time to make the pipes and wires are hidden nicely and organized. Highly recommend M&P for all of your heating and cooling need . Next project with them is my tankless water heater!!!

Needed our furnace/AC cleaned and install on Nest thermostat. Messaged about it and received a quick response! They were able to come out couple days later.
Install went quick and even walked me through how it works.

Wow, Sam was a breath of fresh air! I can't remember the last time we received customer service like this and his repair work was Stelar. Sam has an infectious personality and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. This was the first time we used MP Heating & Air for anything, but because of Sam, we will be lifetime customers.
