At the start, prior to any purchase, Sam walked me through several options and sent me costs. We discussed these options and changes in several iterations. Sam is knowledgeable and patient while we sorted out the exact system we wanted. Once the decision was made Sam and crew efficiently did the install. The crew was very friendly. They finished in a single day. The quality of work is great. I really enjoy working with a family business like MP Heating. I would highly recommend working with them.

I have to say what a great company to work with they came out today and installed my AC and fixed my leaking gas line! Sam came and gave us a quote and installed the same week! His team all worked really hard all day and did an amazing job. Sam walked my husband through the new smart thermostat they installed and tested the air temperature at the vents to make sure it was calibrated correctly and made sure everything was working before he left. Oh did I mention they serviced and cleaned our fireplaces and dryer vent! When it was time to pay, Sam made sure that he stuck to his quoted price and he broke down the amounts for everything. Couldn’t recommend them more! Plus my dog is super happy about her new bandana Sam gave her!!

We had MP out to replace our entire 29 year old hvac system. They gave us an honest price (that they stuck to!) and helped us secure financing. We had them out on a Monday to look at it and started work that Thursday. They worked tirelessly for 2 very long days to complete the work. They were open, honest, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and so professional. I’ve never dealt with a better service provider in my life. These guys know what they’re doing. By the time they left late on Friday night we wanted to ask them over for a BBQ! Our hvac works perfectly and was meticulously installed. We will recommend Sam and Emil to everyone! We are in the process of getting our house ready to list and sell and our realtor suggested we service our furnace first and recommended Sam from MP heating. I called and Sam answered all my questions and got me booked for a very soon appointment. He suggested I also get the AC done at the same time which I did. It came with a new filter and friendly service with some education about changing filters and other things that I had no idea about. Sam also noticed A possible fire hazard and added another screw to fix it without me even asking him to do so. He was really easy to work with and did a great job.

Sam is fantastic. He was so responsive and came out quickly when our furnace died a very rapid death and it was 54* in our house. He was very honest and provided us with a number of options to fix or replace our furnace. We ended up just replacing it (it was time) and he provided us with options that work with our needs and budget. Sam is great and I highly recommend him.

I have worked with Sam and some of his MP Heating & Cooling team members and I can truly say that it was the best experience I’ve had with any contractors from start to finish. These guys did a phenomenal job, they added a brand new hvac system in our older 1970 home. Sam and his crew replaced by HVAC system. Carefully informed me about options, shared information and communicated clearly. They were respectful in my home, and wore masks. Sam took time to walk through all processes with me, including the Energy Trust Rebates. I am super pleased with the service and quality as well as free filters and maintenance for 2 years.
