MP Heating & AC

I was referred to Sam three days before Christmas when our furnace stopped working. He was so kind and came that afternoon to try to get our heater going through this weekend. He came early this morning, Christmas Eve, to get everything fixed and going to keep us warm for Christmas. His prompt service and willingness to help on a holiday made it the best experience. He went above and beyond coming on a holiday morning to take care of my family.

These guys are amazing. Sam was top notch-high level of customer service. They are quick to respond, do excellent work, and they know their stuff. They have installed my equipment, added registers, and serviced my equipment. I would highly recommend.

I had MP back this week to install a new AC system. Once again they went above and beyond my expectations. The level of detail they put into the installation from setting the pad for the outside fan to the routing of the electrical/cooling lines is amazing. They even transplanted a fern that would have grown too large and possibly effected the operation of the fan. They are truly a professional organization that takes pride in what they do.

These guys are terrific. We upgraded from an old A/C unit that was limping along to a great new app controlled system that is really warm and endless hot water. It looks great and has worked wonderfully for a year. Sam is really good to work with.

I have now been a MP customer for a year , since they were able to get to me last year after my A/C went out in mid June , and my former Heating Co was unable to help me for a month during the heat wave . Sam came over the next day and the Bryant system he installed has been superlative.He came over yesterday and cleaned and serviced my compressor for free and I cannot say enough about his work and his company. He is so young to be so "Old School " yet there it is.

MP was one of the subs that was used to do my kitchen remodel. They did the initial HVAC work a month and a half ago (plumbing the gas line for the range and putting in the hood exhaust port). MP did the job quickly and correctly. Fast forward to just last week when Sam came to install the hood. The hood was back ordered so I asked if he could get the gas going to the range. He was so cool about doing something that he wasn't there to do, and got to work. Sam discovered that the inspection wasn't completed on the gas line, and that the installers for the range made a mistake with the gas hook up. He reworked their error, put the inspection gauge on the line, and termination plug back on the range end, and called in favor with the inspector for a next day inspection. Sam asked me to contact him when the inspection was complete, which happened the next day, and said he would be out on Sunday morning to get us up and running. He showed up as promised and got the gas flowing to the new range. He made sure that everything was working correctly on the range before he left. These guys live old school customer service, which is getting rare these days. They show up on time, give a run down of the problem, and what they are going to do to fix it. Sam and company are a great resource for your HVAC needs.

Sam Murzea was incredibly professional and helpful. I called late Friday and he was able to get us in by Monday. He explained the issue, quickly fixed it, and provided some additional recommendations to optimize our HVAC. I highly recommend MP Heating and Air!

We have used these guys for our home and our office. Every time we are so impressed. They show up on time, are cheery and professional and was even great with our dog! We will certainly use them again. Plus as a Realtor, we will continue to refer them to all our clients! Definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company!
