MP went above and beyond our expectations. They were highly recommended by a friend of ours and we are glad we went with them. They were professional, on time and knowledgeable. The person who came out was polite and personable. We had estimates by two other companies and went with MP because they were transparent in their pricing and very honest. Now it's my turn to recommend MP

I needed a service and inspection on a furnace quickly for a client and thankfully, Sam responded the same day and was able to get out to do the inspection the following day. I received the report shortly after, which is so important for my business. He was very easy to work with.

This company is top notch! They helped me pick the right HVAC system for my almost 100 year old house and were clean, professional and affordable. They even dismantled and got rid of the old baseboard heaters, bought tools and plaster so that I could repair the walls where they were, and even helped to do some light electrical installs! The communication is superb and the work unparalleled. Highly recommended!

Sam installed both my furnace and AC unit. I was super impressed by his professionalism and commitment to excellent service. Seriously, Sam is incredibly devoting to his clients, and doesn’t leave until the job is done. I would absolutely recommend Sam and MP Heating.

Over the years MP Heating and Air Conditioning has installed a new furnace and a new AC unit for us. They are fair priced, professional, and quick! I love that it's a local, family owned business. I highly recommend MP Heating and Air Conditioning! They are excellent!

I had 3 different companies come to my home to do a bid for AC installation. He did schedule me quickly and that was nice. However his bid came in $2k higher if not a little more than 2k compared to the other 2 bids. His bid was only for a 13 cu unit. The other companies were offering me either a 14 cu or 16 cu (the company i picked is installing a 16 cu) which is energy efficient. If i had Sam install a 16cu unit it was going to add an additional $1600ish to the job.

I don't think any "amazing job" is worth an extra 2k in work. I even emailed expressing my opinion of the price as my Dad and ex-husband worked in HVAC and i am VERY aware of how companies rip you off.

I would highly recommend getting bids from other companies before going with this one.

Sam came by to check on my gas fireplace that wasn’t turning on. Turns out it seemed like a simple fix but Sam took the time to make sure the issue was identified and it was resolved before leaving. He also taught me a bit about fireplaces too. I would recommend and use MP again for my next HVAC/fireplace issue

Sam and his team installed our new AC unit yesterday. 5 stars across the board.
1. Invoice matched the quote.
2. They arrived on time and finished the job on time.
3. The install itself was magnificent, all the while communicating to us about what they're doing, and most important all the little installation improvements along the way, like installing a pad for the unit that stays level. Bending the tubing as opposed to using joints. All the stuff that makes my new investment last.
4. The unit runs efficiently, our condo is cool cool cool. The new Bryant unit is very quiet as well.
5. The warranties are very good, plus we got 2 years worth of filters..
6. Superior customer service! What's not to like?

I highly recommend MP. They installed my new HVAC system, tankless water heater and gas fire place. They charged a reasonable amount and they made sure the system met my needs. This included several after installation visits to fine tune everything. And Sam came out today and re-lit my fire place at no charge. I use them for annual servicing.

He was able to work us into his busy schedule to repair our A/C on one of the hottest days of the year. Our family is very thankful! I highly recommend MP Heating and AC and we will use this company again in the future for sure.
