MP Heating & AC

Sam & his most capable crew replaced an old furnace and installed new AC into my home Feb 2022. I highly recommend them & cannot say enough good things about this company, its team and friendly service. From the 1st contact (and yes the owner answers the phone in person!) I got prompt and excellent service. My house is old with nasty and cramped crawl spaces and attic space that presented many challenges with this 1st time new AC install. Never a complaint but many creative and helpful solutions. They made me feel like a partner in the decisions instead of telling me what they would do. Always had alternatives with pros/cons clearly discussed. They show up on time, work hard without any breaks, and leave the place clean and clutter free like they had never been there. They did a lot of extra things above and beyond like repairing old duct work, finding conduit that was an excellent match to the home, and getting extra rock so it would match my existing landscape. They pay attention to every little detail and follow up quickly on everything without me having to make any calls. I am more than pleased with the people, product and installation. Sam came to repair our furnace and the quality of care and service cannot be surpassed. He not only diagnosed the problem with our furnace, but explained what he was doing as he was working, and took the extra time to make sure it was fixed and fully functional. He was on time, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. 100% Recommended.

These guys are fantastic. Extremely professional, but still very personable - the kind of dudes you'd want to enjoy sharing a beer and conversation with. Had a new furnace installed and not only was the job done quickly and done well, but that area of my garage was cleaner after they were done than it was beforehand.

Sam is an amazing business owner and really cares about his team and his customers. He and his brother brought their team in to replace my heat pump after our historic heat wave (116 degrees one day!) and got the job done in one day so his team could have a well deserved 3 day weekend. Their prices are comparable to the other companies we talked to, but the warranty and other services they include with that warranty really made the choice for us. My husband and I are very happy with our choice and will send our friends in their direction anytime they need help with their HVAC.

Sam and crew helped us replace AC and furnace which were both 26 years old original units! They helped us out in a real jam and did it while we wee out of town to boot! They have financing options but that is a third party lender and make sure you pay the correct amount in the 18 month time period and it will be interest free. I highly recommend Sam and MP Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed a kitchen vent during a renovation and were always on time, efficient, competitively priced and easy to work with. I had them back to install AC and heat into my house which had no central air system. The installation took less than three days. They were always on time, very clean/safe, and Sam communicated with me regularly and was easy to contact when I had questions. Very happy with the finish product and the warranty MP provides.

MP Heating and Cooling is the only HVAC company we will ever use! It’s a family business run by very kind and trustworthy brothers who are awesome! They have been servicing our old AC/furnace for a couple years and really did their best to make our 25 year old units last as long as possible. Recently the AC gave out and the furnace was on its last leg. Sam gave us several options for replacements and explained the benefits of each as well as the financing options they offer. We ended up deciding to have both replaced. Sam, Emil and Vitali are incredibly hard workers and worked nonstop for two days to install our new units. Their attention to detail is amazing, before leaving they ran both units and several tests to ensure they were in perfect working order and made sure they left zero mess when they left. They really went above and beyond and made what would normally be a tough process easy and seamless! We cannot say enough good things or recommend them highly enough!

Sam and team are great to work with: knowledgable, professional, and friendly! Most recently we had them replace our gas furnace. In the past they've repaired our furnace with quick turnarounds; serviced our furnace and air conditioner; and relocated a couple of floor vents during a renovation. Excellent results all the way around!

Sam did a great job of communicating his availability with us and then arrived promptly, even on a busy Friday. He fixed our heating system and then thoroughly explained to us what he had done, and why we were having problems with it. The amount we were charged was more than fair, especially considering how quickly everything got taken care of, and how excellent the customer service was.
