Adrian not only fixed our dishwasher he went the extra mile and brought our waste cans back into the garage as a favor. In addition to his excellent customer service the team in the office was efficient and willing to work around our tight schedule.

Do not utilize their services!!! We had someone come out that said he diagnosed the problem, but he didn't seem to know anything about the Brand of dishwasher we had. The diagnostic fee is to go toward any future work that is to be done. We tried numerous times to contact them and never received any follow-through. We had to call another repair company and pay again. In addition, and just as important, they were wrong in their initial diagnosis as well as with the part they said needed replacing. The back and forth with this company has gone on for a month. We've called to get our money back for their lack of service and knowledge, but they won't respond back.

I called Oregon Appliance Repair on Friday and had an appointment lined up for Monday between 8am and 12pm. The technician arrived on time, was professional and solved our issue within an hour. I highly recommend Oregon Appliance Repair.

My experience with this company was so bad that I am writing my first-ever review of a service to protect others from a similar fate. I was connected to this company through our home warranty service. Their invoice says their name is "Major Home Appliance Service" but they have the same website and phone number as "Oregon Appliance Repair" on Google. Long story short, they lost the replacement parts for 3 weeks, then sent a tech to our home who not only couldn't repair the oven, but he also broke 2 of the 6 burners on our stove top and did not repair them either, then they did not contact me again for almost 2 weeks despite multiple calls from me. In the end they gave up, never returned to repair the burners they broke (much less make the repair they were contracted to make), and our repair was transferred by our home warranty company to a competitor in Bend that was skilled and provided responsive and excellent customer service. Though it brings me no joy to offer such a negative review, I strongly suggest avoiding this company, which at least in my case was highly incompetent and unskilled. They did far more harm than good.
10/5/18: I am adding a reply to the owner's response. Please see the photo in which I am holding the paper invoice in front of the computer screen. When I typed in "Major Home Appliance Service" in a Google search, I was redirected to Oregon Appliance Repair. Please also see that the phone number on the paper invoice is the same as the one on the website. It is convenient that there are two separate names, but the website and phone number are the same.

This company did a good job for me! They repaired my washing machine, replaced all the bracken parts and now my washing machine is as good as new. Oregon Appliance has really easy and fast service. They have flexible appointments and friendly people working for them. I thought this would take weeks and weeks to fix because of my past bad experience with Sears. But Oregon Appliance was done within one week. They were able to order the parts and install them few days later. So if you want a frustration free appliance repair, call Oregon Appliance repair!

Our dryer was sounding like an old threshing machine. Checked on line for appliance repair and compared ratings. OAR looked good so I called. they had a repairman onsite (We live over 40 miles from their office.) by 2 PM the next day that replaced all the rollers and checked the rest of the dryer out. The charge was fair and the repair man was clean, neat and professional but yet personable. I recommend OAR to everyone.

I had an excellent experience! “Doctor Jonathan” called ten minutes before he was to arrive and showed up early! He was clean, professional and explained the process and problem in great detail. He was also fast for the work performed. I would HIGHLY recommend! It’s wonderful to know there IS a Samsung qualified repairman in Central Oregon!!

I Have used this company for both of my businesses multiple times for repairs on my washing machines and dryers. I have also used them multiple times to repair my refrigerator in my home. They have now double charged my card multiple times and are not willing to give me my money back for the same service. Conveniently every time I call to try and get this issue resolved they have no idea of what I'm talking about and no records. I have called multiple times and everytime I do they have no notes or records of previous conversations had with there office staff. I always take notes of whom I'm speaking with and what we had talked about and the date and time to cover my basis. When I ask to speak to that person again they say that they no longer work there anymore. This has happened twice and is funny because I've called back weeks later and the person they said no longer works there answers the phone. I have spent months trying to get back hundreds of dollars of over charges and it just goes no where. They won't even send me my previous invoices to show me what it is they are charging me for when I request it. The office staff they have answering the phones are clueless idiots. Not willing to help or explain what they have charged. They also won't take my card information off file like I ask because my credit card company keeps flagging my card for charges they are ferrying to make. I highly recommend doing everything you can to never use this company. They are absolute garbage in every way possible. So sad that so many good businesses were lost to this pandemic yet absolute piles of trash businesses like this one survive most likely off of taking people's money illigitmately too.

Geno was very helpful. He reached out to me prior to my appointment and got me started right away saving me two days on this repair. He was very easy to communicate with and walked me through everything step by step. Definitely would use this and his service again.
