Very disappointing service and a total lack of follow-through: Called to schedule a dishwasher repair - they boast they repair all Brands. The repairman didn't know about our brand, but assessed it needed a new wash pump. He prepared a work order and put urgent on the request so we would be contacted the next week on the cost estimate. 2 weeks passed never heard anything. Called and asked to receive an estimate to determine next steps. I was told they couldn't help me because they didn't have the information, but would find out and follow-up. Never heard back. Called about 12 days later and the person said they'd call back in an hour with the information. I never heard back. Called again 2 days after that and was told I would hear something the next day. Never was contacted by anyone after reiterating my contact information during each call along with the frustrating experience I was encountering. I called yesterday to speak with a manager and seek a refund since I clearly need to contact another company to get serviced. The person said she couldn't guarantee a manager call-back that day (one would think that would be a priority if a customer wasn't serviced properly), but that I should get a call back at the end of the next day. Well...guess what, never heard a thing. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

We had a small leak in our dishwasher. A friendly technician suggested we replace the door seal, the vent seal and mounting brackets. This was early November. We had a total of 5 visits with the wrong parts ordered, miscommunication between the technician and the office. After everything was finally "fixed" in late January; almost 2 months later, the dishwasher leaks beyond use. When I called to ask about a refund of some of the $412.00, I was told that a manager would be consulted. I have heard nothing back. We have not been able to use our dishwasher for two month and now we are now going to buy a new dishwasher. I would strongly recommend another company.

I would never recommend this company. Probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, and this whole process has taken over three months.
After charging my credit card for the full repair amount, they damaged my appliance to the point it is now irreparable, and the company has completely ignored my attempts to remedy the situation. If you use this company, which I would not recommend at all, do not let them take your money until you are satisfied with the work they have done. I am now having to consider taking them to small claims court.
Do not use Oregon Appliance Repair. I can’t say enough bad things about my experience with them.

I called about a problem with my dishwasher and came across a very courteous and polite technician. He was extremely patient and considered, spent a lot of extra time with me on the phone, and even didn't ask to be compensated for the extra time. Subsequently I continued to ask questions via text, and he promptly replied with excellent pointers and suggestions to guide my efforts to fix the appliance.
I definitely would use his services again if and when needed, and I would recommend with no hesitation his services to others.

The tech was a scam artist and their customer service is beyond atrocious. I had a tech come to my house because my dryer sounded like it was possessed. The tech showed up and didn't even touch my dryer, but told me I needed a belt, a pulley, and new rollers. He said he would expedite the parts and the repair would be completed by early the next week (this happened on a Wednesday). Monday of the next week, I hadnt heard from anyone regarding parts or scheduling the repair. I called and left a message. On Wednesday I call again and finally get a hold of someone. I am told parts were never expedited, but they were finally ordered and the repair could be done the following day. In the meantime, I have another tech from a different company come to my home to diagnose my dryer. I did not trust that the tech was being honest and was just trying to sell me repairs that weren't needed. The new tech actually opened my dryer and showed me that my belt was perfect as were the rollers and only my pulley needed to be repaired. He did the repair for $200 (the original tech quoted $350). I call Oregon Appliance Repair and let them know what the new tech had fond and I demanded a refund because I didn't trust their tech to be honest. They told me no refund was necessary because they never charged my card for the service fee. Well, of course they were lying because the next day the $95 service fee was on my account. I again call them and demand the refund which they said they would process and I should see it in 2-3 business days. This happens COUNTLESS times over 3 weeks. I called over and over demanding a status of the refund and each time I was told that it was JUST processed and I would see it in 2-3 days. I FINALLY received the refund yesterday after dealing with these scam artists for almost a month!! No apologies, no explanation about the unnecessary repairs or delay in my refund - nothing. Accurate Appliance repair is WAY better and rates were lower. He did my repair the same day and was exceptionally honest. He showed me what needed to be repaired and why.

I called Oregon Appliance Repair to repair our washer because of their good reviews on Yelp, and was not disappointed. They came in and diagnosed the issue very fast The technicians had parts with them in the van. So, I did not have to wait at all. Everything was done in the matter of an hour. They even cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate fast and easy service. And the price was good as well. I did some research on the price and found it to be very fair. I will most certainly use Oregon Appliance again in the future.

Called for repair of my washer and was given a date and time frame pretty quickly. Service man showed up on time, made a quick assessment of the problem by running the machine, ordered parts and gave us an estimated return date. Returned within the estimated time and quickly installed the new parts, machine runs like new now. I had a coupon for 15% off from their website, which was honored. On both visits the repairman called when he was 30 minutes out, which is exactly the way it should be - gives you plenty of heads up for his visit. Overall a great experience!

Oregon Appliance Repair did a great job fixing my fridge. They are fast and reliable and results are grate. I called them on Friday and and they were able to come out right away and bring all the parts. I am very happy with quality of their work!

I made an appt for service and submitted my $30 via credit card. In the meantime I discovered the problem with my dishwasher and corrected it. When Geno called I explained it has been fixed. He said he would refund my money right away. And he did. I appreciated the quick response.
