We used Oregon Appliance Repair and the service was excellent, timely and professional. We were kept apprised of the status or repair, time they would arrive.
The tech (Tyler) was very courteous and prompt.
Would highly recommend and use in the future if we have any appliance repairs needed.

Had this company out to repair my dryer. The repair was done excellently and the dryer works, however unfortunately our vent was left disconnected. Took us a while to realize what the problem was, when the company called me to discuss all they said was the repair was completed and nothing was left unhooked. Hard to believe since the appliance hasn’t been moved a single centimeter since they came out and was problematic with the steam venting into our laundry room since the day the repair was done and that was not the case before. Luckily another company will come out and fix the mistake they denied.

we called them last year someone came to take a look my refrigerator and he have to order part from Japan wait for Three mouth to get it they called us one time to put a new part, we are can not let he do it. We told her keep a part for us .On January 2021 l was call them to get my refrigerator repair I have an appointment But the guy can not found a part. I wait for him to find it for two weeks no body call back . We called them again and again . Finally we talked to manager she told take care of us.we waiting for week for her to call back. On March 9/2021 she called us for refuse too do my refrigerator. They charge $ 250 and refund to us for $150 that Appliance Repair I never use it

Great job on repairing my old oven! I am glad that I can save some money and don’t have to buy a new one. Their service is fast and very reasonably priced. When other companies gave me quotes I was sure I would have to buy a new one. But those Honolulu Appliance gave me such a good price that I decided to go through with repair. And I am happy I did. Now my oven is working just fine. I highly recommend Oregon Appliance Repair! Good job!

Had this company out at my non-profit to fix a refrigerator that wasn't cooling. The repair technician obviously didn't know what or how to fix it and was on the phone the entire time with his supervisor. After charging me $600 the refrigerator not only doesn't work, but is ruined as the rookie technician used Stop Leak to "fix" the coolant lines. Two other local appliance companies came out and said the unit is ruined as Stop Leak plugs the coolant lines completely. The company won't return my calls(I've called 15 times and sent 5 emails). I'm getting the BBB involved and have an active complaint filed.

Worst company I have ever worked with. I paid cash for the diagnosis. And they charged my card that was on file anyway and then refunded which is fine but didn’t have the decency to let me know what happened so I was $95 out of the bank for 6 days. Also they didn’t order my part until 7 days after they came to diagnose my appliance. And then after it arrived they called 4 days later to set up an appointment for Saturday which no one showed up. So Monday we called they said that their guy had a family emergency which is very understandable but they should have had their manager or owner call the people that had the appointments and let them know instead of having us sit at the house all day waiting. When we also spoke to someone on Monday about making another appointment a very rude “receptionist” said she would call back a few hours go by no call back and then we tried again and she said “I said I would call back and hung up.” Very unprofessional all the way through. The only person that I will give props to is the gentlemen that came and diagnosed the problem he was prompt and very kind. Management needs to get there scheduling and billing staff into customer service training. Never will use again.
