Oregon Appliance Repair

Late on the first visit. Charged $150 for "service fee". First tech couldn't figure it out, "someone will call to set up a second appointment, tomorrow". A week later... I got a call. Set up new appointment with the first tech and a "senior tech". One note, I was told by one of the techs they are contracted through Oregon Appliance. They just show up with a bag of tools no work rig or spare parts. Second visit was a fail too. Have lost faith in their ability to fix my washer and lost my $150 bucks (was refused a refund. "service fees are non refundable"). The tech's were genuinely nice, but that hasn't gotten my washer fixed. Off to spend more money on another "service fee".

What really happened...The first tech couldn't get the screws out of the "lower panel" and stripped them in the process according to him. The second visit should have been free because there really wasn't any repair, just a recommendation. It was easy to see the tray wasn't dirty or clogged so that wasn't the issue. Long story short I replaced the entire soap tray and now it works fine. As for the "rig", it just doesn't present as very professional when you have a guy(s) show up looking like they would watching football on the weekend, my opinion of course. Again the tech's were nice and friendly. This all is just my take and next time for $150 bucks I'll choose a different business.

I had a great experience with Oregon Appliance Repair. They fixed our oven quickly and to my great satisfaction. I would like to give them credit for the well-done job they did and the reasonable price too!

My dishwasher stopped working and it was a major mess. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to fix it up in no time at all. If you're in need of appliance repair, I highly recommend them for sure!

After delays and hiccups I did receive my refund promptly once contact was made. Thank you. Appreciated that Adrian tried, but problem with built-in oven could not be fixed.

They fixed my dishwasher and dryer the same day I called! The technician knew right away what was wrong with my oven and was able to fix it the same day too. They came out to fix my freezer, refrigerator, and my electric shower. These guys are awesome!

HORRIBLE experience. The tech was threatening to leave my house before the repair was done ($500+) because he was upset that I did not have a step stool to provide him. He stated his "broke last week". When I was explaining the urgency of needing my dryer fixed, he stated "that's what a laundry mat is for". He continued to complain about how he has had a hard week and walked out of someones house this week. He came and did the evaluation so he knew that my washer and dryer were stacked and instead of coming up with a solution, he began yelling at me. He kept trying to reschedule the repair for when I would be out of town. No thank you. Will never use their services again.

Called Oregon Appliance Repair for service, was given a date and a 4 hour window for arrival.
The Guy showed up on that date, but he was with Major Home Appliance Service ??
The job required the replacement of a gas stove igniter (about $30) very simple job.
When completed I was given a non itemized bill (just my name, date and total cost) The cost
was very high for a simple simple job, it was about 1/3 the cost of a new stove. BOO!!!!

Was having problems with my dish washer. Adrian came and fixed it quickly. He was very respectful.

Called Oregon Appliance Repair to get my dishwasher fixed and they got it running perfectly again in no time at all. I needed it back up and running quickly so I was really glad they were able to help me out.
